The product itself was perfectly fine, and the delivery time was reasonable. However, the delivery options were a major disappointment.

Despite living in a metropolitan area and having one of the company’s outlets in a major shopping centre less than 5 km from me, I was unable to select Click & Collect. The option was simply greyed out and unavailable.

I also tried to have the order delivered to an Australia Post parcel locker, but after entering my address, that option was also greyed out and unavailable.

As a result, I had no choice but to pay more than $16 for delivery. When the reasonable alternatives are effectively unavailable, I feel that this becomes more than just a delivery fee. It feels more like an undisclosed additional sales tax.

I have no issue with the product or the speed of delivery, but the lack of accessible delivery options, particularly for customers living close to one of the company’s physical outlets, left a very poor impression. I won't be buying from them again (I had no choice on this occasion, as I had an eVoucher).

You stole money from my husband's credit card on the 28th of August 2026, ending in 2438. $10.00 which was not authorised .
another purchase which was not wanted i cancelled the first one and never recived it either but i have emails saying i have when i did not

When you order online and this is not your first order, you should be given more than $5 voucher or when picking up in store should be offered a sample bag that is on display behind the counter.

Easy to use site . However I have now had the incorrect product sent on two separate orders . Returning and waiting to receive the correct product has taken nearly 2 weeks since ordering and I still have not received the correct item

I buy the cold pressed protein bars. Every time I have ordered delivery has been prompt and great communication on the status of my order.

I purchased the Power Plant Vegan Protein powder 1.2kg in French Vanilla and it is the worst protein powder I have ever tried. It makes everything so thick that you feel like you are drinking paper mache. If you added the recommended 2 scoops to a smoothie, it would be the consistency of porridge/oatmeal.

I generally like the taste of artificial sweetener but this protein powder has a super strong/fake sweetener after taste that is

In summary, this stuff tastes awful, the texture is horrible, and I wonder if the reviews are fake because how did so many people rate this 4+ stars?!
