My brand new stones started having issues after a month of use, 1/3 of the system wouldn’t heat up. I bought the warranty but was told it wouldn’t be honored. Customer service just stopped responding all together. Looks like many people have had horrible times with this company. Don’t buy.

Dose not even deserve one star, ordered when they first advertised them, waited and waited......never received them chased for a refunded and never recieved that either. Do not buy from this spam of a company. Many people have lost out. My experience started 22nd February 2021 and is still on going with this fight

I ordered these waited for years before I received my product in September. The product didn't even last to December. The stones won't heat up correctly. I contacted the company and all they would do is offer a 25% refund for a defective product. Do not buy complete waste of your money & terrible customer service. If you don't fix your product from Canada then why offer to ship it to us. They went on and on on how expensive the duty fees are when I had to pay an additional $100 to get it across the boarder. They do not care about the quality of their products & do not send out a new one free of defects as their product style has changed due to this issue. I've been talking back and forth through email without much resolution. They refuse a full refund of a defective product when I funded the start up.

I ordered these and waited for years. They kept changing the production date. Then they started requesting more money. They requested more money for the changes that they made. Then the asked for more money for shipping. It went on and on until I finally decided to just eat the loss. Horrible customer service. I can't rate the stones because I never received them.

They stole our money with their Kickstarter campain.

I had high expectations for the ELO Smart Thermotherapy System, especially since it was a Kickstarter project promising innovation. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge disappointment.

I never received the product, despite repeated attempts to contact the company. Their customer service is unresponsive and nearly impossible to reach. After multiple refund requests, I received no reply or resolution.

It feels like I donated money for a product that was never delivered, and the company seems to take no responsibility for this failure. This is not what I expected from a professional business.

I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from or dealing with ELO Stones. Based on my experience, there’s no guarantee you’ll receive your product or get your money back.

Absolute scam! Does not deliver products. Scamming on backer sites. Have stolen my money for +3 years now!

I gave them my capital to receive a device in March 2021. They got to use and then sit on my money through COVID and the microprocessor shortage. As of March 2024, they were still struggling with figuring out international shipping. By April 28, they gave up. So, despite there being probably millions of online retailers that have figured shipping, Elo Stones somehow couldn't, likely heavily influenced by how much more they charge for the devices now versus how much their backers paid. And even the refunds aren't being processed at the 6-8 weeks speed they're supposed to be.

After been waiting for years, never received my order and the customer service is now not even answering my emails! Do not buy from the UK or the same might happen to you.
I'm certain is a great product but I was scammed!!!

Ordered from them as part of an Indiegogo startup in November 2020 as the product seemed interesting, but despite multiple attempts to contact them, they refuse to engage with any international backers for their product. They're now selling the product directly from their website internationally, despite apparently not being able to fulfill international orders from the original backers due to "import issues". Very frustrating as you can imagine, would definitely not recommend dealing with them.
