0 stars for elvies closet after being offered 30%refund the 40% i opened a case with my bank,the case was based on NOT AS DESCRIBED/ADVERTISED
provided evidence,receipte with written and photo of the dress and a photo of what I received.The bank upheld my complaint and refunded me the whole amount merchants are not allowed to charge returns when item is not as described !!. People dont accept their partial refund it's robbery!!! Contact your bank open a case [charge back is the official bank term] and provide your evidence.email and photos and screen shots are all acceptable even their own advert if it's misleading They are making thousands sending out Rubbish shoddy cheap goods instead of the quality A I produced photos of clothes that they advertise

Wish I'd read more of these before purchasing 2 jumpsuits - took almost 2 weeks to arrive (from China) and are of pretty poor quality. The sizing is completely wild also - the bottom is huge and the top tiny. A complete disaster. And now I have to wait for confirmation to be able to return. AND apparently I have to cover costs (back to China). Avoid at all costs - I know I will be in future!

Ordered an outfit, The material is cheap quality and bad fitting and from china not Netherlands. It says you can return multiple times on the main website but it doesn't mention unless you click on a link to take you to another page that you have to pay to return, and I have to pay to return to china, which costs more than the outfit!! WOULD NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM AND WISH I HAD LOOKED AT ALL THE BAD REVIEWS FIRST

awful customer service. i emailed the same day i got my parcel due to it not fitting correctly. no response. emailed again. no response. how does a company think it’s acceptable to take someone’s money and ignore them after. the outfit was also very cheap material. don’t waste your time or money on here. i’ll be contacting my bank in hopes i can get my hard earned money back that they think they can steal!

This site is a con. I bought a dress which looked great and lots of glowing reviews on their site. However when the dress arrived I was shocked, it was nothing like the picture. The quality of the cotton was so poor and thin and the whole thing was appalingly made. I would say the cotton is the quality that is used for very cheap lining. It was rolled into a tight little ball and stuffed in a bag. Don't fall for it, those reviews can not be genuine, the dress is unwearable. Don't give them your money, you will regret it.

Terrible. Dress nothing like picture. Looks cheap. It says email to return but then they don’t answer. £50 down the drain. 😢

Avoid at all costs! Ordered two tops from them, very poor quality items, wrote emails with requests to return many times and no one is responding.

Please avoid this store. I bought two dresses, and this is my biggest shopping mistake. The items I received don't match the description. The quality is terrible, and the size is inconsistent. One dress is completely different from the dress in the photo. I wanted to return the items, but the store wanted to charge me high international return shipping costs to China. Due to the misrepresentation in the product description, I requested a full refund. The store refused. They gave me a 60% partial refund. A complete disappointment for me as a customer. The store does not respect me as a buyer.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Terrible experience and still fighting for my money back. Was offered a 30% partial refund or to return items it would cost £30. Website is extremely misleading and not clear that items are being shipped from China. I paid £67 for 2 dresses which are of poor quality and to pay £30 to return them or 30% refund feels like complete robbery! Please avoid.

Terrible quality. I ordered a dress said it would be dispatched 1-2 days it took almost 4 then I found out it was being dispatched from China!! Nowhere in the delivery did it say it was being delivered from China. I ordered for a funeral. It didn't arrive in time. When it did arrive it was absolutley nothing like the picture. Terrible quality and website not accurate!! On request for a return i was told to I could have a partial 10% refund and keep the item or i could pay myself all the return costs including custom charges. Do not buy from this company. Avoid at all costs.

Just bought a really nice coat and rain jacket and it fit realy good iam verry happy with it and The shipping was Nice and fast!

My husband bought me a winter coat for £80 and we received a very thin coat that doesn't even have lining. Poor quality and sooo different from the decent ones advertised. Not only that,it took forever to arrive, after sending emails requesting the tracking info, we got blocked. Please please stay away from this shop. Pure scam

You are such A BIG THIEF /FRAUDSTER that sells clothing material of the worst standard at an exorbitant price and yet deprive people of their refund instead offering a God forsaken 15% refund. You are A FRAUD

Another group of scammers, false advertising, my hubby bought me a jacket when I saw the beautiful picture, £90 thick winter black coat. It came and it looked nothing like the picture with NO LINING inside. Do not buy from these people. Appalling..

Please let us also be careful with our bank details online, I am concerned our details are held on their websites, transactions could take place afterwards, I suggest making your bank aware if you are reading all of these bad reviews after the fact, like me.
