Scam, hopefully you check reviews before ordering (I didn't). Ordered emblem supposedly in stock, after lengthy delay I emailed to see what's up, was told it's backordered and coming in soon. I informed them it's already way past the time I needed it, cancel the order, they supposedly issued a refund but never did, then went silent. If that's not a scam I don't know what is.

Scam company. Do not lose your money. Fake. Took money months ago and do not reply to messages and fake tracking number. Stay away.

i placed an order for a "RANGE ROVER" emblem and only recieved "RANGE", no "ROVER" - now I see tons of people are having issues, is this a joke? no response despite sending emails asking for resolution. phone number goes straight to voicemail. instagram comments and messages are ignored. these people deserve no money.

I paid for priority shipping (2-3 days) and as of 5 days later my order still says awaiting fulfillment. Do not use these scam artists. I should have read the reviews before purchasing from them!

Warning: Unresponsive to warranty claims and poor product quality. My order had multiple defects including peeling emblems, mismatched contours, and multi-letter emblems shipped without the foam jig needed for proper installation.
Despite reaching out over a dozen times in the past year, Tom & Daniel have failed to honor their warranty or resolve these issues. When I first contacted them, they claimed to be switching customer service platforms to a Gmail address. Even after resubmitting my complaint summary and original receipt to their new system, they've completely ignored my communications.
Save yourself the frustration - if you experience problems, expect zero customer support.

Do not order from this seller, your item will be marked as shipped and says 6-10 days with a dodgy tracking reference number but you will never receive it. The seller initially communicated with me which reassured me he was genuine, as I really liked the Emblems. After I had placed the order no contact whatsoever. You cannot also reach the seller via email or phone and he has this stupid BOT system which is no help at all. I had to eventually ask PayPal to intervene to get my money back.

Ordered a bolt on front emblem for my car with 5-7 day shipping. Got a small stick on emblem for a different car two and a half weeks later. Wrong part was only shipped after I requested a refund from PayPal and the vendor was pressured. Seller is only available via chat, phone is disconnected and they don’t respond to emails. I sent four chat messages over two weeks and still have no answer. Run from these folks.

The site is a total scam I ordered Dec 20th 2024 says 18 days for custom pieces to be made and delivered.Jan 11th they made a tracking number and never shipped anything. PayPal reach out to them they agreed to return half the money if I returned what they never sent , so I'm now waiting on PayPal to investigate and return funds or ill have to go threw my credit card company since I have buyers protection on all my cards. They said the fires in LA and the snow in Minnesota were the reasons for them not shipping anything. They never responded again after that.

This company is a scam. Do not purchase anything from the company. I did receive a product with a defect and they claimed to send me a return label and then just stopped communicating with me. I would not do business with this company.

Fake company / Scam. Unfortunately I should have researched a little better before I ordered and seen the hundreds of bad reviews of people ripped off. They take your order and money and do the typical "label created" scam and never ship a product. There are tons of reviews that they go a step further and ship an empty envelope to a random address near you and then it shows delivered and you can't get your money back for the product. They use a UPS store address and only take Venmo and PayPal for this reason
