This journey with Emerge Weight loss has been life changing

I started with Emerge weight loss a year ago recommended by my cousin. I was struggling with my weight and felt hopeless. This group has been amazing, excellent support from their team, support groups on Facebook with tips, resources and daily posts with lots of information to help your journey be successful. I am down 43 pounds and 10 more to reach my goal. It has been life changing and this team at Emerge has been amazing. Take the step and try - you won’t regret it

I’m on week 6

I’m on week 6. I’m down 21 lbs. No side affects. Not one. I know anyone is different but not one of the side affects for me. I love the support. I get a response within 8 hrs. That means a lot. I also like the Facebook page and reading others his and downs. I have a ways to go but feel good about the journey thanks to Emerge.

Since I started my journey (January…

Since I started my journey (January 2025) with Emerge they have been compassionate from the start. I was very reluctant with ordering my med online. They have made the process so easy. They respond within a day. I even had my meds thrown away (mistakenly) and as long as I was able to pay they had no issues sending me a new Rx. I value the fact that they genuinely cared. I am so far down 25 pounds.

Feeling Supported and Hopeful with Emerge

I’m just one week into my journey with Emerge Weight Loss, and I already feel incredibly supported and optimistic. From the moment I signed up, their website was user-friendly, the customer service has been outstanding, and the support groups have made me feel welcome and truly at home.

They are always there to answer my questions — no matter how small — and that kind of personal attention makes a huge difference. I’m already experiencing zero food noise, which feels amazing. It’s the first time in a long time that I’ve felt in control and excited about being healthy, not overwhelmed.

I know I’m early in the process, but so far, I couldn’t be more impressed with how Emerge shows up for its members. I’m so grateful I found them!

I am very happy with my results.

I am very happy with my results, the company service, pricing, and support. I have lost 20 lbs in 5 months. It doesn't sound like a lot, but because I'm short, it equates to losing 3 pant sizes and 2 shirt sizes. When I had some tummy issues in the beginning, I texted customer service and they gave me some helpful tips. My appetite was suppressed within the first 2 days of starting, and has mostly stayed that way. I did increase dose about 3 months in, and I'm back to having that same, amazing appetite suppression. I have more energy to get out and move more, and I drink more water. Portion sizes are smaller because I fill up on less food as well. I highly recommend Emerge to anyone considering starting.

Ok listen! Do you want to feel better? Do you want to change your life? Do you want to smile bigger?? If yes…then call Emerge! They have helped me in so many ways. I have always loved food, but being with Emerge and working with them this past year, I have more opportunities to eat healthier and lose weight in the process. They are there to message 24/7 and so kind with their assistance. Their sessions are included in the program and help in all ways that assist with your journey. 4 months with Emerge, 45 pounds down

I started with Emerge 4 months ago and have had a positive experience. I struggled for a few years after having children and even though i worked hard with dieting and in the gym, I did not see the progress I wanted or felt I should have. In 4 months I have lost 45 pounds with Emerge and feel good. I can move around without feeling exhausted. My kids deserved this mom! This is one thing I don’t regret doing for myself! With several changes, there has been delays for a lot of people, i was affected but that didn’t make my experience any less. The wait was just fine for me.
You won’t regret it either.

Have not noticed any difference

Have not noticed any difference. No reduction in cravings or satiety. I used Emerge a year ago and they had a different pharmacy (Hallandale). Back then I noticed a huge difference in hunger, fullness, and weight loss within a month. Emerge uses a different pharmacy (Empower) and it is not effective at all. I've been on the injections for six weeks and $700 later, nothing. I emailed them and they basically told me to stay the course and increase the dose and didn't address the efficacy issues. Very disappointing.

Not good anymore

Not good anymore! They changed pharmacy and now things are running weeks. You have to go without your shots for weeks what the point ?! They don’t offer any compensation like other places. I would find someplace else!! Emerge is no longer good!!

Well I’ve been with this company for…

Well I’ve been with this company for six months. Started out excellent but now not so good. I was completely out of my medication because I guess they have gotten so busy and can’t keep up. I had to wait 10-15 BUSINESS days for this last shipment. On the 12th business day they said it shipped. It use to also be over night shipping well I guess that’s not anymore. Didn’t get my medicine today. So let’s add some more days late I haven’t had my medicine in weeks.

New Pharmacy takes too long.

I have had no issues until they changed pharmacies. They placed an order on April 20 and it is May 6th and still waiting for my order. I have been taking this since December. Horrible communication when things change.

Do your own research

I signed up on 4/15/2025. They were very communicative about the long wait times. Unfortunately I never got my shipment of meds. I did ask for a full refund and they did grant that to me. Just do your research.

Grateful and moving better these days

I am coming up on a year with Emerge and am hoping to be at the 120lb down mark when I do. I have ridden the roller coaster of 4 pharmacy switches now due to policy shifts and fortunately have made it through unscathed (beyond having to wait longer than anticipated and biting some nails). Customer service has always been responsive and transparent when
I’ve texted and found solutions for whatever concern I had. Very grateful for this service and medication. After a lifetime of yo-yo weight loss and gain, this experience has felt like an actual permanent change for me.

Emerge has been hands down AMAZING

Emerge has been so affordable and such a pleasure to go through for this health journey I’m on. I have lost over 120lbs and I thank them for being not only affordable but yet offer such amazing support. Their Facebook group has been so helpful with tools/resources for my health and updating us in need to knows. If you’re looking for a genuine honest trustworthy tele health company to start your weightloss journey with 10/10 recommend EMERGE!!

Customer service has been less than…

Customer service has been less than reliable. I have been without the medication for over a month. No one answers the questions. The same “line” goes out to everyone. Abysmal is the rating. The product is fabulous. I’ve only had two months. Waiting forever on the third dose. Someone please take care of this !

Carole, I'm sorry. It's definitely not an excuse, as we always try to take responsibility for our service ... but the entire industry experienced delays in service. These delays also caused severe backlogs in our support staff. We ended up several days behind. We're definitely getting back on track, we're switching patients to pharmacies who have caught back up. I'm sorry that you experienced service that wasn't up to par.

Emerge has lost a very good customer.

I have worked with Emerge since August, 2024. I have been charged for 2 months supply and haven’t received the medication.
I have repeatedly called, texted, emailed both Emerge and Empower Pharmacy. No one has responded. They owe me $838 and still no response.
I have filed 2 dispute charges to my credit card.
I was so happy with Emerge until now! I am frustrated beyond belief.

Sorry to hear this experience. Our billing doesn't quite work like this. Empower doesn't have 4 week doses so with most Empower patients the billing will not line with with our billing cycle. However, due to the Empower delays, there are some patients we've had to adjust billing for and give refunds, which we do. If disputed charges, we can no longer take you as a patient as the processor blocks you for us. We've never not responded to a patient through the normal channels and our support team is pretty caught up.

I would not recommend this company to…

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy, they will take your money and after that ... all you get is excuses. They are quick to charge your credit card . I started with them april 12th of 2025, I haven't received anything as of yet. They are scammers. I will not continue with them that's for sure !!!

So i am changing the review from 1 to 3…

So i am changing the review from 1 to 3 because they have refunded me for a product that I waited for 3 weeks .
I think they have issues with the pharmacies right now but it is upsetting because for months I didn't see results then I just started to see and I stopped getting anything which really made me upset besides that I wouldn't of wrote anything . Before they were fast and quick until now it was really frustrating .
But problem solved
If they are able to resolve issues with the pharmacy I wouldn't mind them.

Bait and switch… beware

Decided to switch providers for my tirzepatide medication. Emerge Weight was recommended by a family member. I have regretted my decision ever since placing my order. They were very quick to charge my credit card but shortly thereafter they changed the delivery time from 2-7 business days to 10-15 business days. Definitely feels like a scam and a ‘bait and switch’ situation. I’ve requested an order cancellation but I highly doubt that will be approved. I have no confidence they will fulfill their obligation of getting future orders out to me every 28 days as promised. I understand there may have been an industry change which caused delays, but I would have preferred they be upfront with this instead of pretend they can meet the 2-7 days shipping as advertised. It all feels very unethical and like I’ve been taken for $300+.
Even if my order is filled, I’ll be switching companies because I’m not a fan of how they are doing business.

There were dramatic changes in the compounding space that affected all clinics and pharms. And a large number of clinics had to prescribe into a smaller number of pharmacies. This caused a bottle neck. We are working hard behind the scenes with our pharmacy partners to speed things up.
