Ordered a replacement Tag
Ordered a replacement Tag, the movie server said the connection was lost and my order could not be processed. Logged in again and re-entered my details again; the order was accepted. I then received 2 separate email confirmations and separate dispatch emails. Logged back into Emovis and have 2 separate sets of invoices (Device x 2, service x 2). Contacted Emovis to be told by a chat that I have to pay the fees and return it to for a refund on the device, no mention of the delivery charges or subscription fee. Poor service

We apologise for the issues you had when placing your tag order, it appears there may have been an internet connective issue when you placed your order this is why your order was duplicated and you received two separate emails confirming the order and dispatch. Unfortunatly the AI chat function does not have any access to your account and order history so it can only give you generic information. On contacting our customer service team, we are more than happy to refund any duplicate orders if you reach out to them.

The tag was sent without a clip, but when asked this was sent in time for our trip. It all works perfectly!

Very fast delivery of new tag and refund of returned tag. Website easy to navigate and change details. Not used the new tag yet but previous ones have worked seamlessly.
Pity it doesn't work in Italy!

Returning old tag
Needed a new tag. It was easy to order and came within the time stated. I returned the old tag. It took 3 days by post and I've now had an email stating that I'll be refunded in my next statement. Excellent service.

I can definitely recommend this tag
I can definitely recommend this tag. We have taken our trailer tent to France for the past 20 years and after a nightmare time I chose the wrong péage and had to reverse with the trailer tent we have had the emovis tag. It's a game changer!
You just slow down as you enter the peage and the barriers open, no stress! Fees taken automatically and an annual fee taken automatically so you don't forget.
We have now stopped due to ill health so returned the tag, easy to do.

A truly super device…
This is a super device allowing you to sail through peage stops with ease. Better still, if one is in a right hand drive car and driving alone, it stops the inevitable yoga to reach the ticket machine or stopping and getting out. Worth every penny!

Great service. My tag needed replacing, I ordered a new one and sent back the old. The new one arrived in great time and old one was refunded very quickly. Speedy efficient service.

Straight forward to order the tags
Straight forward to order the tags, not clear about costings but apparently I need to now look at the account to see. Only Spain & Portugal tags showed up in my account, I asked the online assistant bot were my France tag was, told they are issued separately so will show up later.

Regarding your France tag, this is issued separately from the Spain & Portugal tag, when it arrives, the tag will need adding to your account by selecting "Activate a new tag" in your account.

Please look at the small print! I purchased this tag via advertising on Le Shuttle for a holiday commencing in late July. Imagine my surprise when I received a bill before I went on holiday. What a con! I like others assumed that the tag would help with queues at tolls whilst on holiday, not paying for nothing beforehand! Buyers beware! Tag now returned.

To clarify, the LeShuttle offer provides a free application for an Emovis Tag. This means that when you apply for a tag, the usual €10 application fee is waived. However, the €10 annual management fee and the €20 tag security deposit are still payable.
From the second year of your subscription, the annual management fee is reduced to just €5 per year.
This information is clearly displayed during the subscription process.
