Emrcarrental Reviews

Very good service. Nice staff and great pickup experience. The car was great and it was easy to drive around Montenegro. I would recommend EMR car rentals, reliable people

Avoid EMR Car Rental at all costs!!!

I booked a car in Bodrum through EconomyBookings.com, with the expectation that the vehicle would be provided at the airport terminal.

Instead, I was left waiting for around 30 minutes before being told that I would be picked up and driven to a garage elsewhere to collect the car.

Things then got considerably worse. I was told that I had to purchase additional local insurance for €14 per day to reduce the excess to zero. I explained that I had already booked the standard insurance and had separate excess insurance from the UK, so I neither needed nor wanted their additional insurance.

I was then told that unless I purchased their insurance, they would cancel my booking and refuse to provide the car.

This mandatory additional charge had not been advertised anywahere when I booked. Had it been disclosed upfront, I would never have booked with them!

I therefore ended up without the car I had already booked and paid for, and I am now having to pursue EconomyBookings.com to recover my money!!!

The whole experience was completely unacceptable, refusing to honour a prepaid booking unless the customer purchases an additional product that was not clearly disclosed as mandatory at the time of booking is an appalling way to treat customers.

I would strongly recommend avoiding EMR Car Rental. I certainly will never use them again!

I can not recommend EMR Car Rental, waiting for more than six weeks for my deposit refund.
I am trying to recover it over my main contractor now, because EMR was a subcontractor.
Be very careful or better avoid this company altogether.

Hired in Montenegro for 7 days. Needed to change car and extend; done with no quibble or excessive additional charge. Also changed location of pick up from Budva to Tivat airport last minute; fully accommodated and car delivered to airport. Only thing not happy with was the pretty useless built on satnav of Renault Megane. Most places could not be located; totally not intuitive or user friendly interface; in the end Google Maps saved the day - not an EMR problem per se

Service was perfect but the car can be in better condition.

Everything was perfect and organised.

Really good service. Good car

We were very pleased ✨The car was delivered on time, they were kind enough to give us some advice. Overall experience was great 😊

Herşey güzeldi teşekkür ederim

They are great , trust worthy

Hayatımda ilk defa araba kiraladım bu süreç boyunca bana her konuda yardımcı oldular cok teşekkür ederim.

This company confirmed my car booking in the morning, and canceled it while I was on the plane. They did not inform me or send me a message, and they don't have an office at the airport to contact them. Their reason was that I don't have an international driving license, which wasn't mentioned during the reservation. And they start ignoring my messages. They didn't dial in professionally.

Karadağ tatili arabasız imkansız olurmus ben de arkadaş tavsiyesi ile özalp beyden kiraladım aracı ilk aldığım günden beri ilgisi ve yardımseverliği ile hiç sorun yaşamadım kesinlikle öneririm

Genial.

It was good in overall everything was perfect

Very professional from the start to the end. We were contacted by a guy, who helped us in every step of the rent.
Always available and very kind. Great experience overall
