Acquistato tre colliri il giorno 8 febbraio 2026, data consegna prevista il 15 febbraio 2026 ulteriore notifica mi dice che arriva oggi 23 febbraio 2026 ancora in ritardo fate voi mai più questo corriere servizio inqualificabile peccato Amazon si affida a volte a corrieri 🚚 sbagliati.

Ems tracking is the worst tracking company out there. I've had no updates in 9 days now. Normal post from overseas is way better and faster.

Meine Schwester, geb. 1943, hat sich nach einem Probetraining vorschnell für einen 23-monatigen Vertrag bei EMS Körperformen in Aachen, Theaterstraße 50-52, überreden lassen. Den Vertrag hat sie nicht komplett gelesen. Ihr war nach dem anstrengenden Probetraining bei der Unterschriftsleistung die Bedeutung dieses langfristigen Vertrages nicht klar.

Sie leidet an Demenz und Depressionen.

Aus gesundheitlichen Gründen kann sie das Training nicht wahrnehmen.

Trotz Vorlage des Gutachtens der Krankenkasse Barmer (Pflegestufe 3) und Bescheinigung der Neurologin wird der Vertrag nicht aufgelöst, sondern nur verkürzt: Statt 23 Monate nun 12 Monate à 130,00 €, zahlbar sofort komplett oder in monatlichen Raten.

Es scheint, als ob es EMS Körperformen in Aachen, Theaterstraße, nicht um die Erbringung von Leistungen, sondern um das Abschließen von langfristigen teuren Verträgen geht. Wo bleibt die Anteilnahme und Kulanz?

Servizio scandaloso.
Ho acquistato in Giappone tramite Buyee, i primi due ordini spediti tramite servizio "Registered Small Package(AIR)" sono arrivati in 3 settimane, per il terzo, di cui avevo bisogno più urgente, affido la spedizione ad EMS che prospetta la consegna nella metà del tempo per il doppio del costo. Risultato? Dopo quasi un mese non si sa che fine abbia fatto il mio pacco e ovviamente il servizio clienti (solo via mail) è inesistente, non rispondono. Mi chiedo come sia possibile che siano ancora in attività, visto il servizio scandaloso che danno.

Compramos uno de sus aparatos de limpieza dental hace apenas dos años y ya hemos tenido que sustituir varias piezas por desgaste, con un coste superior a 800 €. Además, nos exigieron el pago por adelantado y eso nos obligó a parar completamente nuestra agenda de limpiezas durante varios días.

Esperábamos una mayor durabilidad y un mejor servicio por el precio que pagamos. No se trata de un uso intensivo ni de mal mantenimiento, simplemente las piezas no han respondido como deberían. Consideramos que estos costes inesperados y la interrupción del servicio son inaceptables.

No recomendamos esta marca si buscas equipos fiables a largo plazo.

Horrible service last seen delivered in Colorado and stated package delivered somewhere around Crested Butte Colorado USA . I went through Veldortes who I purchased from and Paypal for a refund. Since EMS claims the package was delivered I was denied. So now I'm out the money and no merchandise.
Stay far away from this China company. I learned my lesson buying outside of the USA NO MORE

I went on their website to check why my order was late, They show a picture with a jigsaw piece you have to place before you can continue. It didn't move no matter how many times I tried I even refreshed the picture and it was still the same. I am STILL waiting for my parcel.

EMS Sri Lanka is the worst.

EE013276517LK was my item number which was sent from Sri Lanka to the UK on 19th Dec 2022. Last update was "Departed from export office". They have stolen my box and I got only 1/4 of my full value as a claim after two years. Don't recommend this service even to an enemy.

Pacco perso dopo 50 giorni, lo rispediscono, ora sono 20 giorni che è fermo allo sdoganamento! Truffa!

Una cosa davvero scandalosa pacco fermo in dogana per 15 giorni fermo!! Un trafila che non finisce mai ! Ma sto cavolo di pacco quando arriva !! E dai non è possibile !! Siamo quasi ad un mese ! Ancora nulla… manco ci fosse dentro nulla di che… c’è ma stiamo dando i numeri proprio!!una vergogna
