I ordered my glasses on 8-4. Had no contact until I reached out on 8-19, then they shipped them. I have no idea what the delay was caused by.

this is just scam, there is no glasses that can make you see colours for colour blindness. Also, there's no cure for that.

It wasn't as expected. It didn't work.it's expensive also

My husband loves his glasses and was so upset when crack appeared after about 9 months of wearing them. I contacted customer service and they quickly replied that the glasses were still under warranty and directed me to their streamlined portal to file a claim. The process was fast and easy and I received approval in less than 24 hours. We’ll be getting a replacement pair in the mail! I’m very satisfied with EnChroma’s products and customer service!

I used him as an address in North Carolina for a for delivery place and I just got the pair for a gentleman who’s 32 and never knew about glasses so he was very excited very happy. He’s only been in them for 24 hours and he in his own world right now his in shock and thank you echo for being there

I brought these for my son and I am really please with the results. He is able to see the colors in a more vivid way. He smiled when he saw the bright red sun setting. He still can’t really see green that well. He did really well I. The color blind tests. He is very happy and smiles every time he puts them on

An answer to an email was handled professionally and with a quick response time. My prescription was updated with the same craftsmanship as the last pair. I have EnChromas in eyeglasses and sunglasses — They are that good to work with.

Bella went so far out of her way to be so helpful! She is a valuable employee and went beyond the call of duty!

My son is 11 and has red/green Protan color blindness. We always knew he was colorblind, but not to the extent that he had. I bought a cheaper pair of glasses from Amazon and he said they turned everything pink. So I took the plunge and got him the EnChroma pair. When he put them on, his face lit up, he kept repeating "this is so cool". And said "Everything was so plain, now it all has color". We cannot wait for Fall leaves and Christmas lights, which after 11 years, he will finally see for the first time.

Does Not Work for Colorblindness - Very Difficult Return Process

I ordered glasses that were advertised to help with colorblindness.
After testing, there was no noticeable difference. They worked like regular sunglasses.

I contacted customer service for help. At first they asked me to return the item to the USA at my own expense.
*The return process was very difficult and took a long time.*
They only provided a local return address in Germany after I mentioned involving my bank.

I do not recommend this product. The experience was very disappointing.

I bought these as a gift for my husband, watching him experience all colors for the first time was priceless!

Perfect every time

The shop experience is confusing at best but I finally found what I was looking for after trying different filters and menus. The worst part is that there’s so many bait and switch promos flying around the site that make you think you’ll get a promo code for a discount on the product and then in the cart the promo codes don’t work for the item you select. All of it needs to be way more clear up front so I don’t feel like I got cheated and begrudgingly give you my money anyway, but not happy about it.
