It’s when things go wrong you see a company’s true customer service. The lock I bought failed. I spoke to EC and they replaced it by return and told be not to worry about returning the failed unit. The feeling I got was they were going to do everything they could to look after me. Which they did. A first class service.

Ordered a driver side wing mirror, which is a pretty essential bit if kit, their website stating on Monday when I ordered, they had stock.

16:40 on Tuesday I received the following email:

Hi there,

Many thanks for ordering with us!

We are incredibly sorry to inform you that due to the unavailability of the stock we will need to issue a refund for this order.

We’ve tried really hard to source this with other companies but unfortunately, nobody has been able to help us. We are deeply sorry for letting you down! Please expect your refund in 1-2 days.

Now I have no time to order the part elsewhere, a part that I paid extra for 24 hour delivery AND there website actually states that my refund could take up to 10 days.

Poor show from this company

I recently bought a replacement door mirror for my van through this company. It was a perfect replacement for the original at a fraction of the price. When a problem occurred with the carriers the company were quick to respond and sorted the problem immediately. First class communication and customer service. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Good value and great product will use again.

Ordered rear caliper from these so called sellers take your money then when it suppose to be delivered say they haven't got any .still advertised for sale and waste your time what a scam company if you could give them no stars I would what a wasted experience

Ordered rear calipers for the van at a half the price of anywhere else. The team got back quickly with questions about fitment as there were a few variations of my vehicle before I ordered them. They arrived quickly but one of the seals were damaged, no worries as I got sent a replacement the next day (who said customer service is dead) which was a god send as my MOT was booked the following day and the ferry for my trip the day after. Yes, I was cutting it fine but I am currently on the ferry back home so let's say it was expertly timed 😬.... Cheers to the team for their help and service
