Ordered part, was told it was in stock and next thing I know is being delivered.

Purchased some suspension parts for a Honda Civic on 01/08/23. A wishbone (off side - drivers side) and a pair of drop links (required drivers side but purchased pair so as to make sure the correct part for the correct side was available for the mechanic). I’m not at all mechanically minded. Had the car booked into a garage to have these changed. The garage called to inform me that only the near side (passenger side) drop link had been provided. Given that he had already dismantled the suspension I was obviously charged for the job without the job having being fully completed.

Have emailed energized customs who do not have a phone number to call raising this matter.

Now I’m out of pocket for an incomplete job.

Very poor on all accounts:
1) not all parts provided as ordered
2) no phone contact for quick assistance
3) out of pocket for incomplete job

My suggestion, if your not mechanically minded stick to GSF, Eurocarparts or a local motor factor. This way you’d be able to rectify issues like I’ve experienced immediately.

i have dealt with this company for a good few years now and never had any issues with wrong parts and delivery times has always been spot on and the prices are (not one of the best) but the best company i have purchased from for parts for various cars and i will deal with them for many more years thx scot.
