Very disappointing return policy.
I ordered a shirt in size M, not realising that there was a difference between children’s size M and adult size M. Unfortunately, the shirt is therefore far too small.
I wanted to return or exchange the Bellingham shirt, which has never been worn and is in perfect condition, but I was told that their policy does not allow me to return it.
I really don’t understand this policy. It is a standard Bellingham shirt that could easily be sold again. I have even already ordered another one in the correct size.
Very disappointing customer experience, especially for an official England Store.

All went smoothly
All went smoothly. I didn't have any issues with buying. They had run out of Large home kit shirt so had to go for the away kit second option. I wasn't the worst thing to happen.
