If you want a company to do everything and more to help this is it.. can,t recommend them enough. Bent over backwards to get 2nd larger size and wasnt even their fault..

I just placed my second order with Epic. It arrived super fast from the UK to Texas. The quality of the 1940 Pattern British uniform is excellent, as is the Paratrooper helmet.

There are loads of things on the website so I went ahead and purchased a jacket that looked cool.
Unfortunately, when it arrived it was too big but thanks to some very helpful customer service I identified the size I needed and got the big jacket swapped out very quickly. Very satisfied.

Received the Jodhpurs. Was send with tracking to Australia. Took only 7 days. Prior we had good communication by email. The quality is amazing and description does match, in addition to the advice. Always cautious with online and replicas or surplus, but this absolutely meet our expectations. Will order other items too.

I have previously had good service from EM and was disappointed today to receive the wrong size of trousers. I emailed the Co. and within the hour I picked up a message from Fiona, the Sales Supervisor apologising for the error, saying the correct size will be sent out.
Anyone can make a mistake, it's the way it's handled that's important. This company and Fiona in particular were amazing.
Deal with them in confidence. I will!

Kvalitet af vare er gode, prisen er fornuftig. Og det er fantastisk at man betale moms når man "checker ud".

I received an email from this company masked under another company name advising that they needed my Netflix payment. When I checked who was this email coming from it says that my reply will go to reply @ emails.xfinity but that the original sender was from this company. Very weird.

Un site pas sérieux du tout, très poussif et qui n'apporte pas de véritable solution aux problèmes rencontrés par leurs clients.
Entre autre la facture qu'ils oublient de mettre dans mon colis qui a causé de très nombreux problèmes avec le service des douanes (Plus d'un mois de blocage pour au final des problèmes avec des articles impossible à renvoyer), ce n'est absolument pas sérieux.
Je déconseille très fortement ce site militaria, il se moque totalement de ses clients et de leurs problèmes qu'ils ont causé eux-mêmes ! (L'oubli de facture notamment, aucun marchant ne me l'avait encore fait).
