Had a great time at Delta force!
George, Aaron and Summer were excellent hosts and made this a memorable experience.

Absolutely mint is all I can say. Conserve your balls though👀 Genuinely though otherwise you will get peppered. Staff were class aswell couldn’t have asked for better marshals👍 George and Harry, we go way back. Only kidding but if you get a night out let me come and no the marshals didn’t ask me to leave a review.

Very disappointing experience important information was not disclosed.

I was one of the people who purchased a ticket as part of a group booking. At the time of purchase, we were not informed that there was a mandatory requirement to purchase a minimum of 500 paintballs, and we could not find this clearly stated in the information provided.

Only afterwards were we told by phone that this additional purchase was mandatory and supposedly included in the terms and conditions. I find this concerning and misleading, as any mandatory additional cost or requirement should be clearly communicated before purchase.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone booking with this company to confirm all costs and requirements in writing beforehand.

Very disappointing experience – important information was not disclosed

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Information that was not stated in the terms and conditions, brochure, vouchers or on the website was later presented to me over the phone as though it were a requirement contained in the terms and conditions.

I purchased 36 tickets after meeting their event manager in person. At no point during that meeting, when I was discussing and purchasing the tickets, was I told that I would subsequently be required to pay for a minimum of 500 paintballs.

When I later questioned this, I was told over the phone that purchasing the minimum number of paintballs was mandatory and that this was stated in the terms and conditions. However, while I had the paperwork and vouchers in front of me, I could not find this requirement in the documents I had been given, nor had it been explained to me when I purchased the tickets.

This is extremely concerning because if an additional mandatory cost exists, I believe customers should be told clearly before they purchase their tickets, not afterwards.

I feel that the way this was handled was misleading and left me feeling that additional money was being requested through information that had not been properly disclosed at the point of sale.

I have now provided my solicitor with the details of the phone conversation, the voucher/tickets I signed and received, and the information published on their website, so that he can review the matter and advise me on my rights under applicable consumer protection law and what further action, if any, may be appropriate.

I will also share my experience through Google and social media so that others can make an informed decision before purchasing.

I purchased 36 tickets for myself, friends and family. We will all have the opportunity to share our own genuine experiences of dealing with this company. I will also share my experience publicly through Trustpilot, Google and social media so that other potential customers searching for this company can see what happened before making a purchase.

If my friends and family choose to leave reviews, potentially 35 other people who have been affected, they will be based on their own genuine experience. I hope this will help other customers avoid finding themselves in the same situation and encourage the company to be transparent about all costs and requirements before customers purchase their tickets.

I would be happy to reconsider my review if the company contacts me, provides a satisfactory explanation and addresses the issue properly. Until then, I will leave my review in place to make other potential customers aware of my experience.
