I found Equigate very easy to install and navigate. I love how I can message my saddle fitter but mostly I love how I can look up my horses details at anytime

I had never heard of Equigate but I’m so glad I have now! I use this with my saddle fitter. So easy to use to message and book appointments and she uploads reports, photos and invoice all in one place! Brilliant!

Equigate was a very easy App to install on my phone, it gives me direct contact with my practitioner, it feels very personal and I can directly share and update info.

Really fab wee app! Co-ordinating multiple practitioners is so much easier and super smooth. It’s a simple process to add your details, confirm your bookings and then add them to your calendar. The notifications are great and having all your paperwork in one place saves so much time! 10/10 highly recommend!

Equigate is a really useful app. It not only made the booking process easy, through Equigate the equine professional was able to communicate easily with me, and send me useful feedback regarding her visit with my horse.

Rachel is amazing she is very thorough and talked me through everything she was doing and gave me advice on what to do going forward highly recommended

No concerns with the use ive had so far. Easy to navigate. Would be nice if we could put in requests for appointments though on specific days

Having everything in one app - messaging, horse details, appointments, reports and invoices - is brilliant. Makes it so simple to manage.

Easy to find my appointment reminders, invoices and summaries of my horses physio treatments - I really like it! Paying on stripe via Apple Pay works really well too, thank you 🩵

App is really good.
My only issue is that when i have my writing really big on my phone to help me see it the app doesnt like that so i have to shrink my writing down a size to see the app. Other than that its been great so far.

This is the best thing I have found in ages!! I was already digital with my records, but this has saved me so much time. It looks professional and my clients love it. Having accessibility on my phone, means I can make my notes directly into the app, without bits of paper, or tablets. Also, the guys at equigate are friendly and helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Even my least tech minded client has managed to download the app and use it without issue. Thanks equigate!!

This has been the third visit and I gave found the staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Very friendly and considerate, answered all queries. My dog Coco felt very safe in their hands.

This app is incredible! As a new equine therapist this is making it quick, easy and efficient to set up customers and their animals, send out appointments, message them and then send them detailed and professional looking reports on treatment, recommendations and detailed diagrams to personalise for the individual patient.
As a student I was given a free trial which helped to start me off and will happily continue using as a paying customer and see a bright future in partnership with Equigate, with ongoing help and support, online social support, discussions, chats and webinars to enhance knowledge and community. If you're an equine professional I recommend this app to make your life easier, more efficient and even more professional! Thank you Equigate.
