Went with my wife to the showroom. They got a huge selection of flooring at different pricing. I spoke to Ilan who was a lovely knowledgeable person who really helped us choose.

They have large stock so the order was on the same day. They also recommended a floor installer who finished the job in two days. So everything went smooth and we are very happy with our new floor

Please ask ESB to contact us. Regarding order S070298. They have ignored my emails. Which was sent on 14/5/25 then 5/8/25 with pictures. If they sort the problem out then I might give the good views. I have left messages. No response.
10/1/26, After several emails and direct messages, ESB still fail to reply. I will keep updating the case. This is the worse flooring company. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy flooring from them.

I was a returning customer and had some laminate boxes to return from a second job and was told they couldn’t be refunded. We were not aware of this. I didn’t like the guys manner in the showroom, he offered us 50% refund. I will not return.

Lucia and Adriana - outstanding customer service - In guiding, advising and providing competitive pricing for the wood flooring we needed. We visted the showroom and selected beautiful wide floor boards and parquet flooring for the hall. We were given large samples to bring home which made the decision so much easier as we could see what the rooms would look like!
We also need wood, stained to match our stairs and it turned out amazing. They are very knowledgeable about the various options available, underlay patterns etc. Also dead on with the quantity require.
I think EBS has a wonderful selection of wooden flooring, great quality and excellent price range. I would 100% recommend EBS for professional, quality and friendly service ❤️

Had them do the 1st floor. They were friendly, efficient, reasonably priced and did a great job. Highly recommended.

I had flooring installed into my living and corridor. The quality of the herringbone floor is first-class.

The company was very professional. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The fitter done an excellent job.

I would recommend ESB flooring if you want good quality flooring and professional fitting.
