Avoid! It is a con. I ordered a dress, was over charged, the dress comes from China in a plane, took 3 weeks, and what was delivered was not what I ordered. They sent a horrible green polyester thing, not at all what was described on web site. I haven't heard from them since. A total scam.

Avoid this web site as its a con. I was taken in by the upmarket photos of a classy shop and the London title. It is fake. quality awful No labels. Cheapest material ever.The pictures make out that what I ordered was linen and stylish IT was RUBBISH.
Made n China so cannot return unless you want to pay £50!!!

Two pictured dresses took 10 days to…
Two pictured dresses took 10 days to arrive from China not London. Charged £97.18 to c/card instead of £80.90. Complained and got a refund for £16.28. Dresses not cotton as advertised but 95% polyester. Flimsy and poor quality. E mailed the company for refund. They said to return items at my own expense to China as nowhere to return to in UK. A 15% restocking fee would be deducted as well before refund approved. Alternatively keep the items for a 10% refund. Ie £8.09. Contacted to refuse, now have been offered 15%refund to keep items that are no use to me or anyone else. Ie £12. Royal Mail postage to China is £30.40 tracked! I intend to pursue with my credit card company. Avoid.

Absolute scam company, posing as a London company only to find that returns go back to china at the customers expense. No warehouse facilities in Uk, absolute joke, shoes ordered came in the wrong size so now I have shoes that don’t fit and no way of getting my money back.
Stay away from this company.

Very poor
Very poor. I ordered a dress and it took over 10 days to arrive. The dress I got doesn't look like the one I ordered. I'm writing it off as a bad experience but based on my experience I would not recommend this company and will not buy from them again.

I got three jewels from Espoir London (necklace, earrings and rings) as an ambassador for the brand. It was a really nice discovery as the quality is quite nice, and the delivery was quick. The team is super nice as well!
