I can completely understand why you wanted to be organised and have plenty of food ready before welcoming your new puppy home, especially when you live somewhere rural and can't necessarily rely on getting a delivery at short notice. The last thing you want when bringing a puppy home is to worry about running out of their meals!



I'm so pleased you got in touch with us and that we were able to find a solution so you didn't miss out on your £30 voucher simply because you'd planned ahead. We always want our customers to feel looked after, and sometimes that means looking beyond the standard terms to find a fair solution.

Når man har været med os så længe, har der efterhånden været en del måltider i skålene og sikkert også en hel del bestillinger undervejs. Derfor betyder det ekstra meget, at du stadig oplever hurtig service og er tilfreds med kvaliteten.

Vilken fantastisk glädje att få läsa detta! Att ni har utfodrat era hundar med ESSENTIAL FOODS sedan 2023 och är så nöjda värmer verkligen.
Det är särskilt roligt att höra att hundarna mår så bra, har välfungerande magar, fina pälsar och dessutom älskar sin mat. Den kombinationen är svår att slå!
Och att ni som uppfödare även väljer att låta era valpar växa upp med ESSENTIAL FOODS gör oss både glada och stolta. Vi vet att det ligger mycket omsorg och eftertanke bakom de val man gör som uppfödare, inte minst när det gäller de små som ska få en så fin start i livet som möjligt.

Well, it sounds as though your dog has found plenty to love about ESSENTIAL FOODS - including the packaging! We had a good laugh at the box becoming a source of shredding entertainment. Who knew the delivery could provide so much fun before the bag was even opened?
We're delighted that the NAUTICAL range is such a hit with him, and please tell him he's very welcome for the little surprise treats! It's lovely to know they were appreciated.
We're also really pleased you mentioned the lack of dust at the bottom of the bag. It's one of those little details that can make a difference when you're serving meals every day, so it's great to hear you've noticed.

I completely understand your frustration, especially as you had already taken the time to contact us about the issue.
