Placed an order on the 6th Jan. No communication since that date. On the 12th Jan received an email to say the order has been cancelled at my request, when I didn't request to cancel my order! If you don't have the stock, why advertise the product as in stock?

Sorry, but i can only write honestly and very positively hiw I found this company.
With Christmas the workload would be high, I searched a walker and they had it , I have used them before and could see it said get by 24th Dec. I went to order but clearly states up to 5 days. I sent email, then found a phone number, because appreciate emails take longer. I called them and explained about delivery. And as I realised Google was giving false dates not them. They did not think I would get which fair enough. The man kindly said he would ring warehouse and see what he could do. ( I needed it because short notice funeral). Well Ieft it with them.
On the 23rd on morning I checking emails, and could not believe my eyes. These guys had got it packed and on way to me for Xmas eve. (Bearing in mind they do not offer next day, so must of footed extra amount to do this )
And by late morning xmas eve it was here. I sent email immediately thanking because this kindness and professionalism shown.
So please, I get we can all get very frustrated with things, but reach out , phone them be polite, ask don't assume and you will get the help. Blasting a company never good unless they are scammers. But I have used before and never had problem. It does clearly say on their policy how long delivers could take.
I have been overwhelmed with their help and the quality of the walker !
APPALLING!
Appalling service. Goods still not even despatched after a week. Eventually received a tracking number for Royal Mail who say they havent received anything from the company.
No response at all to any of several emails.
Goods haven’t arrived - zero communication with seller - avoid!
My first order was cancelled without any reason, the second has not arrived. No replies to my multiple emails and no telephone number in the website to call - avoid .
They take your money and deliver nothing
Bought Christmas Lights online on Saturday, received an email on Tuesday saying I had cancelled the order, sent an email to customer services and heard nothing, thankfully received a refund out of the blue. Wish I’d read the other reviews and avoided this company.
Dreadful. Avoid
I received one of my orders and part of the item was missing, and I have not received my other order at all. I’ve emailed this company multiple times and they have ignored every single message. Not even a basic acknowledgment.
This level of customer service is genuinely unacceptable. I’ve paid in full and been left with missing items, missing orders, and absolutely no communication. It feels like once they take your money, they disappear.
I’ve tried repeatedly to give them the chance to put things right, but they clearly have no interest in sorting out their own mistakes. At this point I’m having to consider taking further action because they refuse to respond.
Appalling experience from start to finish. Avoid this company — they do not deliver what you pay for, and they do not respond when things go wrong.

Avoid like the plague
Avoid like the plague. This company not only sent my items to an incorrect address. Then demanded I stop the refund process through my bank. As the Online AI system they use is a joke. And virtually impossible to talk to anyone. Even when you go into store your met with (we don't deal with online orders). An absolute joke. When I tried to raise a complaint was met with silence. Yet they still demand I stop asking for a refund with my bank

After a bit of a blip to start with hearing from customer service, they eventually got back to me and were great in that they apologise and rectified the situation. My items came and look good in my garden. Many Thanks

Ordered items, they were cancelled = for some reason. No correspondence so tried customer service. It doesnt exist. Waited ages in chat twice without ever getting a human to help. Still none the wiser why the order was cancelled.

I'm really impressed with the Bissell Wash & Remove Pro Total. The steam pre-treat mode worked wonders on some old stains I had. It's easy to clean along the carpet edge, and the stair attachments are super handy. It does use a fair bit of cleaning solution, but the spotless results make it worth it.
