We did not cancel your order “for no reason.” The order was flagged due to multiple inconsistencies, including mismatching names, Taiwan IP location details, and indicators that it was intended for export outside of the U.S.
We do not participate in or facilitate exports of restricted items. As a result, the order was cancelled and fully refunded.
We understand this may be frustrating, but we’re not going to blindly process orders that raise compliance concerns.
