Bad service & attitude
I had a 3year service plan, your the only company that has serviced and maintained my vehicle the last 3 years.
I brought my vehicle in on 11/11/24 at your Burnley branch
I got a phone call telling me my under engine shield was just held in with 3 bolts and a cable tie??
and if i wanted it putting back on i would have to pay to have this done???
iv never been under the vehicle, your company has serviced it for the last 3 years, you would have taken the cover off last year to drain the oil so why has it been cable tied and where are the bolts???
On collecting my vehicle i asked if the service clock had been reset to its correct mileage, yes sir its all been done!
I set off but had to call back because it had not been reset? sorry sir everyone is on lunch till 1pm but someone from the office came to reset it but set it to 12500, instead of the correct 12000.
I could not hang around i had things to do, when i got home i checked my service book, its not been filled in???
I have a full service history of my vehicle, so now im going to have to go back to get this updated!!!
(A waist of my time, and I don`t live locally)
I asked for a copy of the vehicle health check to see if there where any issues, the mileage on the check sheet is showing 63138?
That was last year 2023 reading, why is it not showing the correct mileage?
Iv got to say I'm very disappointed with the service provided and attitude of staff.
I have been left having to find another garage to refit my under engine shield because of incompetence!

The salesperson I dealt with Rashawn…
The salesperson I dealt with Rashawn was really nice, friendly, highly responsive, so that was good. Otherwise it was all quite stressful. Additional products weren't clearly represented for what they were. When I asked to remove GardX from the order form I was told it had already been applied to the car. I now have some nice swirls to resolve at some point.
The car was delivered dirty inside (nothing horrendous, but for £20k+ purchase I expected some care) 6 miles of fuel in the tank, all tyre pressure warning lights on, a black oil mark on the cream headlining, and a failing windscreen chip repair right in the A zone so I now need a new windscreen. It was also still connected to the previous owner's Bluelink account so they would still able to track the car's location at my house.
I think maybe this is just part and parcel of purchasing online. It's not the end of the world it can all be resolved. Evans Halshaw paid for the roof lining to be cleaned without me needing to ask too so that was nice of them. Overall not the experience I'm used to so I probably wouldn't buy online again, but it's fine if you're prepared to need to sort a few issues and spend a bit more money after purchase.
