Callum was a great salesperson and did everything to make sure my sale was a success. Had a bit of an issue where my car did not have fuel and needed the paintwork fixed while I was paying for the car but this is the only issue I experienced.

picked up my 2nd car from evans halshaw…
Despite returning my faulty car 1 month ago, Evans Halshaw have still not returned my deposit or contacted the finance company to advise them it has been returned, Another email to their sales team last week and another complaint raised last Thursday 48hr reply ...still nothing ombudsman has been contacted.
picked up my 2nd car from evans halshaw after the first one had 5 months of problems, after 1 day this car also had problems and was returned with the engine management light on, fault was fixed and car returned to me. i had the same fault another 2 times. car returned only for the car to go into safe mode. the sales team advised i could return the car. which i have since done. now they are withholding my £2k deposit telling me i am not entitled to a refund! I would advise keeping well clear!!
