Dishonest
Complete dishonesty. We placed a deposit for a vehicle priced at £7750 a few days ago with a member of staff over the phone. We were then informed that the vehicle had been increased in price to £10,000 and the garage refused to honor the price that we had placed a deposit at for the vehicle. The manager then gave us a ‘generous’ offer of an increase in price of over £1200 on the price agreed and 24 hours to accept this. The car was advertised on both the website and auto trader at the price we placed a deposit at.
I would like to add that you cannot consider this price increase as a fluctuation, the car is now listed at £10,000 on the website. Hopefully the sales team and pleased with their extra profit.

So this is the start of my review
So this is the start of my review . I purchased a car from
Evans hallshaw wallsall a week ago. I was told it would be transported to me by 12 o’clock today 21/10/2024 . The time is now 3.15 and still no car . I asked for it to be transported not driven . Which it has not been the driver told me he is driving it. An I should expect him around 5 pm . Which by this tile I should be in work. So it means a day off work . And a dirty car which can not be inspected properly. I shall update this review once car eventually arrives . So far not a happy buyer and for this reason no recommendation from me . Car arrived by nice driver . Car is nice and pleased with it. Please sort out your customer service as this could have Been 5 star if you had not disappointed me with times etc . Sales teams should learn to be honest with customers. This would stop any frustration . Customer service should reply with a honest reply and an offer of some sort of compensation. Not the same reply to every customer. 5 hour tile differences are not excepted really . As this would mean while i talking to sales team
The car had still not left the show room. I was ordered to pay Road tax . Which I didn’t want to untill I had the paperwork to transfer number plates this also has cost me 80 pound more than it should have .

Rubbish, terrible customer service and after care
Rubbish, great at the sales patter but bought a car within 24 hours developed a major engine fault, a month later and I still don’t have my car. Buyers beware terrible after care.

Very pathetic sales not trustworthy at all good vehicle looks like more than 500,000 miles and the vehicle engine bay was pathetic not even touched was not able to open bonnet not trust worthy.Dont trust any dealers all are fraudulent when you buy used cars should do AA inspection if they don't allow they are hiding something

All of our vehicles are fully HPI checked, meaning you have peace of mind when buying a vehicle.
All of our used vehicles are inspected and prepared to one of two standards, Approved or Value, by fully trained technicians using our 123-point check. Every vehicle has a minimum of 6 months MOT remaining at the time of preparation and receives a full mechanical inspection.
