Fantastic service and great staff
The service from first entering the dealership to handing the car over was fantastic, the help and care we received from Callum Fraser was second to none and nothing was an issue, when buying our son's first car.
From reserving the car, completing the paperwork to picking up the keys, Callum was brilliant and is a credit to the Evans Halshaw team.

Have used Evan’s Halshaw in Washington…
Have used Evan’s Halshaw in Washington for my services in the past and they have been first class.
Called in to book a service and MOT, unfortunately they have no one available to collect. Was advised to go to a competitor ! Lookers who are a Nissan dealer. Lookers are a Ford dealer but the young lad insisted they were Nissan. Went to Lookers and they are a Ford dealer.
What a waste of space, he was totally uninterested resulting in Evan Halshaw losing a loyal customer.

First class service
I dealt with Perrie in new sales when I bought my new Dacia Bigster. Can I just say he is a fantastic credit to your business. When I came to pick up the car I had an issue with my insurance as they were unable to find a Bigster on their system. Being on the phone for over an hour to them and trying to sort other little things out meant I was there for over 3 hours. Perrie was so helpful and supportive during this time and told me to stop apologising for keeping him from his work. My handover was really informative and Perrie told me to contact him anytime in the future if I needed anything. By the end of my visit we were like family (Perrie's words ) lol. I would not hesitate going back to Evans halshaw and Perrie in the future and recommending to family and friends. Thanks again.

Go somewhere else. Waste of time. False promises.
Initially dealt with a decent bloke in sales room. Asked manager to call me back to provide best price / deal. Following day the manager didn't call back. Promised to phone back when in work next day, again I got no call which had me chasing the sales team again.
On that occasion one of patronising members of staff acted as a go between, talking over me etc.
Waste of time. Went to Newcastle lookers instead and much better service all round.
