Five stars for Rhys Ebdon in Sales, Jordon and Michael in the Service department. If we bought a nearly new car again, we would specify full service as part of the pre-purchase checks. After driving round the block a couple of times after purchase, we had to wait three weeks for the Service department to look at the car and find the fault was (hopefully) just that it was low on oil.

Good experience
Katie was very helpful and responsive from first enquiry to final sale and made the experience comfortable and pleasant, both via email and in-person.
Dealer's overly pushy sales strategy for add-ons is slightly off-putting. Vehicle had barely enough petrol in it to get to petrol station which wasn't very impressive.

Katie was great
Katie was great. Polite, friendly and helpful. She even looked after our dog whilst we went for a test drive, which was really helpful.
We had a few early issues with the vehicle and whilst Evans Halshaw were easy to get hold of and have made reasonable efforts to resolve things, I don't feel I can give more than three stars because of a fair bit of inconvenience that I believe came from a lack of care. There's also a fairly consistent air of 'it's not our fault' within interactions, which is unappealing. It's all quite trivial really, but when you're paying a large sum of money for something, the discrepancies weigh a lot more.
To reiterate, Katie the sales executive gets 5 stars. I wish I could review her separately!

Yesterday I saw a Citroen C3 2022 reg for sale it was priced at £410 above the average price
I phoned to say I have seen 2 other cars exactly the same spec reg milage etc 1 was priced £650 cheaper and the other car was priced £750 cheaper? I contacted the head office after I spoke to the manager of the above garage! To ask could the price be dropped for a cash price especially as it was £410 above the average price? Answer definitely not! So ripping customers off with way over the market prices of their cars
