Evans Halshaw - Vauxhall Kilmarnock Reviews 

Bought a car from here a couple years ago, with no major issues at all. Just recently I experience a slight mechanical fault, luckily I had the warranty that Evans Halshaw provide, who were then able to take the car in and fix it with no questions asked!! Very quickly too! The staff here and technicians are always willing to help you the best they can!

The service staff were really helpful and got everything sorted out for what I needed when I took my car in to be looked at regarding the repair that was being done to my vehicle.I didn’t come in to contact with the technicians but my car was seen to in the time scale that suited me

Bought a car on Sun and picked it up on Sat. Very good and reliable service. I recommend using Evans Halshaw to anyone who is looking to buy a second hand car. The sales executive Shaun Black took his time and came across very professional. There was no pressure sales and it felt very comfortable dealing with him. Although, he did like Blueberry muffins which was a must on our car collection day. 😂👍👍. I would definitely feel comfortable buying another used car when the time comes.

I booked the collect and delivery service for my motability car's 1st service. It was collected early morning and returned early afternoon. They sent me a link so I could see what was happening with my car. Overall a tremendous experience.

Excellent service from Evans Halshaw Kilmarnock. My electric car was in for its 2 year service. Customer Service received was excellent with the man taking plenty of time to fully explain what would be done and what the costs were likely to be.
When the diagnostic was being done I received a video showing me what work was being suggested and why by the mechanic and allowed me to get a full understanding.
Have dealt with other companies over the past few years and the level of service was not to this standard. Will definitely use again.

Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Good to get the video of the vehicle's health. My only minor complaint was the length of wait for the MOT to be completed

Excellent service. Car was picked up from my work for its MOT, then delivered back to my work after MOT was completed. No disruption for me, which was great! I was kept up to date on everything that was happening and the ladies who were picking up and dropping off the car were brilliant. Thank you for a stress free experience!

I have purchased my last 3 cars from Evans Halshaw will not be back customer service very poor.
lack of communication and very poor online booking system allowing you to book slots when department is actually closed.
I was also given wrong and inaccurate information and left hanging around for 2 hours to be honest gave 2 stars because last 3 cars have been fine or it would have been 1 star

First year service for my car, excellent communication prior to my appointment with reminders and advice on what I required. Very helpful when I requested a courtesy vehicle as my wife disabled.
Provided with video of service highlighting the checks carried out on vehicle.
Overall all staff very friendly and extremely helpful

Bought a car from the York branch. When it came it had an issue with front and rear brakes. Long story short, brake pads and discs on the front and rear got replaced at Evan Halshaw York branch. There's was no questions asked by them and the staff which I dealt with at the York and Kilmarnock branch were excellent. I'd definitely buy a car from Evan Halshaw again.

Arrived this morning at 8.20am. Staff very efficient and pleasant. Replacement part sorted plus a complementary wash and vacuum.
Waiting area very pleasant with TV and Coffee.
Home by 10am. Brilliant
