Great service from start to finish
Booked car in for MOT. Staff very helpful and accommodating from start to finish. Communicated when car was ready and how to make payment online. Even gave car a complimentary wash and vac. Would highly recommend.

Poor communication/ courtesy cars
Had the car booked in for warranty repair and was told there would be a courtesy car available. When my pregnant wife dropped the car off she was told there were no courtesy cars available and that they had tried to ring us, however neither my wife or myself had any calls or missed calls from Evans.
This was not an ideal situation and very frustrating.

What super service
What super service. My car was seen and sorted very quickly this week after the oil engine light came on. It turned out caused by a poorly fitted oil filter during service from a previous garage.
Thank you to the mechanics for sorting the problem and cleaning up the engine and to Wendy and her team for sorting everything. Needless to say my Vauxhall will be coming back to Evans Halshaw in future.
