Well firstly they response team are very active and always ready to help, i had an issue that normally from other platforms would likely make me lose my money but because of how good they support team was, they were able to direct me on the best way to go about it, and just in a few days something i feared would take weeks only took days so for me i would just say “You try to listen to the support teams, provide all that's needed and you'll not have any issues dealing with them.

The team support was awesome experience, I love how a human agent take over the issue from the AI agent. And my problem got solved without back and forth. Eversend is the best ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I am new to the app. Last Tuesday I experienced some delays and got frustrated. However the staff were professional and patient with me. They took time to explain me and directed me to where the delay came from. I understand the app better now and continue it’s security and safety

After stating transfers to the damn app will reflect immediately
Made payment of 400k to top up my card and i got an email asking me for the reason of my transfer and stuff even asked for CAC and after submitting all I got ignored

I think the App is scam by holding my refund.customer care too is poor deeply knowing the App is scam .. avoid this app by all means..save your self.

Sending money Cross border has been a problem that I sometimes feel bad for myself. To some point I felt like giving up until I came across Eversend which made everything easy and comfortable for me. Thank you EVERSEND for your service.

I want to do a transaction to my Mobile money Account from the eversend app but it keeps saying something went wrong try again later.I raised the issue to be addressed more so to my situation. I'm looking forward to getting a positive feedback from you. Thank you.

In the past, I have appreciated the efficiency of Eversend, especially regarding mobile transfers and the responsiveness of your support team. However, my recent experience has been very disappointing.

I initiated a withdrawal which was delayed for over three days. On the second day, I contacted your support team and was assured—indeed, promised—that my funds would be processed promptly. Unfortunately, this did not happen. What made the situation more frustrating was the complete lack of follow-up. After that interaction, I received no further responses despite multiple attempts to reach out. It felt as though I was left communicating with no one.

This situation was not only inconvenient but also embarrassing and frustrating, as I found myself repeatedly asking for access to my own money.

I strongly believe that your support team should prioritize accurate information and honest communication. Customers rely on your assurances, and it is important that responses are based on verified updates rather than promises that cannot be fulfilled.

I hope this issue is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve both service reliability and customer support communication.
