Communication throughout was great. I was disappointed to receive the rings with a few scratches to the gold.

Overpriced and customer service is shocking

I am very happy with the service you provided, the piece of jewellery I bought is beautiful and makes me closer to my mum. I would certainly recommend your company the friends and family.

The rings are lovely but I asked for one ring to be engraved for my daughter, which would make it more personal.I paid £39.00 extra for this service and when they arrived my daughter's ring was not engraved. This was very upsetting. The lady did apologise and suggested sending both rings back to be engraved but I did not want them to be risked in the post so I requested a refund.

The attention to detail was spot on, made me feel like my Husband's ashes were as important to them as they are to me. Even after the 4 rings were made & packaged, each had it's own box with ribbon, gift bag, care instructions & certificate of authenticity, as to whom the ashes belonged to, who made the ring & the date it was made. To receive the rings with your beloved's ashes in, is very emotional anyway, to have been given so much care & compassion to the smallest of detail, meant the world to me, even Paul's ashes were put in a lovely Ever With bag, that did make me cry, happy tears. Can't thank them enough. 10/10

Because I had gold, it took a little longer to make. When I phoned them this was explained and at every stage I was notified by email. When i received my piece, it was nicely packed. I am very happy with it.

After my Grandmother lost her beloved husband and soul mate of 76 years in May we wanted to find the right memorial jewellery for her to have him close to her heart.

The necklace is beautiful, it's delicate, but stands out, and my Grandfather would have loved it. It arrived on what would have been his 91st birthday making it even more special.

Seamless system for ordering, my ring was put of stock for a few weeks so I had to wait. The wait was worth it though its beautiful.

I ordered my memorial ring through the postal service. I received an email the very next day to let me know my husband's ashes had been received as well as an order notification. My ring didnt take very long to arrive and I am over the moon with just how beautiful it is!! Thank you so much. I can keep my husband with me always.

The process was easy. Ordered fast track. This did not happen. Called them and they refunded the cost. The ring then arrived the next day. Do was sorted quickly. The ring was amazing. Everything my son wanted to honour his dad. Wu

I wanted something to remember my sister and decided to have a ring. There is a great choice in the Everwith catalogue. I chose the Ocean style in gold with a red stripe which is her birthstone colour. I also added diamond dust to the ashes which was extra. Because I chose gold, I had to wait 10 weeks but it was worth it. The ring was individually made by Sophie and she did an excellent job, thank you Sophie. I now have a wonderful and precious memorial to my beloved sister.
