Ordered over 10 days ago. Still haven’t received. Says ‘order completed’ online, complete scam

it was easy and straight forward. The video on how to do the impression was very helpful.
Dispatch updates would be helpful. Would definitely use again.

DO NOT BUY! So iv ordered my retainers top and bottom but they took over a week to send that, then i did my mould and sent it back and its been 2 or more weeks now and theyv not sent me any updates no tracking number nothing and my teeth have shifted so i doubt the retainer will even fit and i doubt they will give a refund too absolutely rubbish company

Everything about my experience with everything teeth was amazing!! Firstly, the impressions were very easy to do due to the detailed instructions and the video on their website. The customer service is great and they respond to emails very quickly. The retainers I received were perfect and I cannot thank them enough. I 100% recommend everythingteeth and if I ever need anything else dental related I WILL be buying from them :)

Bought some for my daughter and she said they fitted perfectly. She didn't have to wait too long either.

Have used everything teeth a few times now and every time have been very happy. They provide a personal service (and actually reply to their emails - usually the same day!), and when I had an issue it was resolved easily. Have ordered several retainers from them and they’ve all been great quality. They use traditional moulds which work so much better than the modern photo method - I’ve never managed to get retainers to fit properly when done with that type of scanner. Highly recommend.

Great service, all went to schedule. The trays were better than the ones I got from Dentist BUT only have seals at the front of the teeth, saliva can still get in from behind and dilute or wash away the whitening gel. If I’d done my research I would use a dentist that does the genuine Enlighten trays that seal from both sides! Still better than the cheap one my dentist used which had no seals at all!

Service is OK

Fantastic service had to send moulds I already had as I messed up the impressions. I was told this was no problem at they will sort it for me.

The service was very fast and communication was great.
The product arrived in about 5 days after they received my moulds.

The product I received was great quality very comfortable and are keeping my smile beautiful.

very very good customer support but the quality of the trays feel a bit lackluster, although that could just be me imagining it.

Great product but communication could be better i.e they don’t send an email when it’s ready or dispatched but otherwise it arrived in 1 week which is great.

Very efficient service plus the trays were the same quality as the ones my dentist provided. The fact that they were a quarter of the priced was brilliant. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service and value for money compared to ordering retainers through our dentist. It worked out half the price for the exactly the same product. I’m now ordering my second product for another family member. I spoke to them twice on the phone before ordering and both times the staff were very helpful. My retainer arrived back very quickly -highly recommend.
