reliable, communicative and efficient

The Lange XT3 Free 95 LV GW boots have been a great match for me, snug in a secure, low‑volume way without feeling painful, and supportive enough to ski hard without fighting the boot. They tour surprisingly well, and once I’m locked in for the downhill, they feel stable, responsive, and confidence‑boosting.

I ordered the bike and waited for it to be built and shipped. After over a week of no notifications on the status of the bike I checked the order and it still said pending. I gave Evo a call and found out that it was on hold because the shipping and billing addresses were different. I was never notified of anything. I had to call and check in on my order myself. I understand billing issues with large orders, but I am disappointed with the lack of notifying the customer when there is an issue. The guy who helped me on the phone was great and resolved the issue for me. Everything else about the order went great.

the band around the mid thigh does not hold the shorts in place and they creep way up- I returned the unused pair and wish I could have returned the used ones.

I went to the EVO store in Freemont (4/4/26) and received dismal, unenthusiastic help- no alternate suggestions, no attempt at creative problem solving to help me find a different product: and it was clear I was there to purchase a replacement. came away totally disappointed and not needing to ever go back

Shipping was relatively quick, usually 1-3 business days. Tracking information was updated in a timely fashion in my experience. The shipping boxes were not damaged (very common with most company’s in my area UPS, FED EX etc) and the contents inside were padded.

Easy purchase good communication

I enjoy the store. I love your selection. When I had to return the wrong size boots I had to pay shipping. It’s hard to buy things online that you need the correct size and then to get hit with return charges I think is really crappy.
