I have been using this company for the last several months. It has an incredible supply of Watch parts and has become by number one store to go to for any sort of Rolex or Swiss watch repairs. They are located in Texas and they’re shipping. Department is very well in tuned with their supplies. In this day and age it is very difficult to find a single supplier of Watch parts that can establish a working relationship with people who have hobbies like me.

A real disgrace of a company. After three months of waiting for an order, it still hasn’t arrived and has apparently been lost. They refuse to take responsibility or issue a refund. They keep giving the same response, shifting the blame to the courier company.

Do not buy anything from this company. They are neither serious nor reliable.

UPDATE 5/29/26 - After a lot of frustration they made the decision to do the right thing and offered a refund. Not sure why this didn't happen earlier and in the end they fixed it!

I ordered 2 bands from them. They are definitely cheap bands. They shipped the wrong size on one of them so I returned it. They received the package on 5/5/2026. It is now 21 days and they have done nothing but make excuses, all kinds of B.S. from Gerard. We only do credits on Tuesdays and Thursdays, we are processing it, we lost it and had to reach out to the post office to find out where they left the package, we are looking into it.

UPDATE - FRUSTRATED - THEY MADE UP A BUNCH OF EXCUSES AND THEN ASKED ME TO REMOVE THE BAD REVIEW. I AM NOW BEING TOLD THE ITEM WAS RETURNED USED., EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NEVER TAKEN OUT OF THE PACKAGE BECAUSE IT WAS THE WRONG SIZE.

UPDATE 5/27/2026:
The package was never opened because you shipped an 18MM band instead of the 19mm. You lost the package for 3 weeks stating you had to contact the post office to see where they delivered it.

FYI: When you ask someone to remove a bad review even though it is factual, you are trying to reshape the truth.

Trustworthy Company, they stand by their products. They also provide Hassle Free return and return label.

Great service. Found the perfect replacement band for a vintage 60’s Rolex OP. Looks great!
