The most fraudulent company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.

Charges well for their goods which are then in no way better than goods you can buy on Ali Express for a tenth of the price.

Really unpleasant customer support that tricks you into buying more expensive items that should fit better.

I bought expensive links for my Rolex, they fit badly, damaged other links on the watch as they were too tight.

I bought two links, one was matte brushed and one was glossy.

Left a bad review on eBay and then got the message from the seller to change my review to get a refund.

No refund came of course.

My advice is to NEVER do any business with this company.

It is enough to see the ratings they have here on Trustpilot and it speaks for itself.

You wanted me to return to the US from Europe. For two smal links you bought from AliExpress for a dime. That would have taken me more time in the end! Time i did not have. Your company is a scam and your pruducts are plain garbage. Thats why you have the rating you have on Trustpilot!

I placed an order for a replacement date disc. When it was received it had a defect on the disc under the number 5.

I requested a return and picked one up locally. Because it's defective the policy was to provide a return label which was a request ewatchparts evaded and never answered and beat around the bush.

Finally it was escalated and a case was decided in my favor and a refund was issued.

I left feedback for this seller about my poor experience but instead of taking the feedback they harass me through messages and leave false replies on my feedback.

They claim that I wanted free parts and a bad faith buyer. I have only from the beginning wanted to return the defective part for my refund but they won't refuse. Now they are gaslighting and backtracking.

I received the refund already but they can get the part back. I don't want or had an intention of trying to get it for free. They just need to cover the shipping to get the faulty part back.

Update reply to the seller:

This seller now claims that the item was damaged upon install. I actually have the unboxing video that shows it was damaged when opening right out the envelope.

Again buyer beware as you can see no responsibility is taken by them and quickly to blame the customer.

It's unfortunate that two employees can miss a clear defect and the seller blaming and making up stories to justify thier poor customer service.

In addition they do not address why they didn't respond, provide a label and from thier reply and tone you can see the type of customer service they have.

It's not even about the money since I was refunded. It's the fact that the customer service is so poor, they are rude and take no ownership of thier issues.

*Also the feedback is still there with the image for anyone who would like to see other negative experiences.

EWATCHPARTS team, please just take accountability. It's simple, a defective item came like that right out the envelope. I simply asked to return it and asked for a label to get it back to you. You evaded the question and never answered.

Your replies are rude and condescending and you take this personally which is a shame. Just take ownership, apologize and call it a day.

I always want the watches I wear to have secure spring bars. I have modified watch cases by drilling through lug holes and obtaining shoulderless bars (like on vintage Rolex). I was looking for bars to accomplish this on a Seiko King Turtle with 22mm lugs. A search led me to ewatchparts and the 22 mm bars (V-498) they make for Panerai watch cases. I decided to order and try on my Seiko. I did have to ream out the existing lug holes (not for the faint of heart) but these bars worked perfectly and gave me the security I wanted. Unfortunately one of the 4 bars came with a collapsed internal spring. A simple e mail to ewatchparts was answered with the intention to send me a new one immediately-no dealing with returns. I got them 3 days later and they were perfect. The spring tension was noticeably stronger so maybe this was a issue with others, now fixed. I was impressed with this customer service because they took a risk and decided to trust me. End result is I got what I wanted.

Ordered spring bars for an Omega 3520.53 and 3520.50. Unfortunately the watch takes a 18mm length spring bar with a somewhat special thickness, different from other Speedmasters. The first set sent was the wrong thickness. The seller was very helpful. They promptly sent the correct bars but miscommunication with the shipping department resulted in them sending only one set. They then sent 20mm bars instead of 18mm bars. The seller's communication was great throughout the process although the shipping department seemed to have trouble sending the correct part sometimes. Eventually the seller resolved the issue and allowed me to keep all the incorrect bars as well. Overall it was a good experience since I wasn't in a big hurry.

They false advertise that their bands fit certain Invicta watches and they don't at all. Just a bunch of liars. Big waste of time!

The folks at Ewatchparts were very responsive as I was searching for a bracelet for my grandfather’s vintage Seiko (a unique military version from the late 60s). Pricing was fair, shipping was prompt and arrived on time, and the bracelet was a perfect match to the case as well as the vintage clasp. Great experience with these folks!

*Update since posting this review they have replied blaming me for putting my wrong address. The arrogance and rudeness is unbelievable. I put the correct address if they bothered to check the original invoice they will see my unit number which THEY excluded from the shipping address. Outrageous customer service.

Also they stated again shipping takes up to 45 days even though I’ve repeatedly stated it was way over that time BECAUSE they messed up the address.

Incompetent shipping, item took 2 months to arrive. Why? Because they didn't enter my full address on the shipping manifest which I provided when I ordered.

Unfriendly and unhelpful customer service. When I contacted them after 50+ days of waiting they said "due to covid many packages are delayed so allow upto the full 45 days"

I clearly stated I had waited 50+ days and in 2024 it's ridiculous they are still blaming covid for delays.

In the end after 2 months of waiting my local postal company reached out to say the address they put down was incomplete.

The item is correct but unforgivable mistake with the address and generic reply to my follow up email.

Parts were perfect for my watchband and they arrived early.

Received my replacement band for my 40 year old Rolex 16013. First thing I noticed was the made in Italy tag. Really was expecting from China. So that was a pleasant surprise. Received it yesterday evening. This morning I installed my original clasp and took out a link from each side for fit. On the inside of my old clasp it indicates it was 18k after the model number. So that is what I bought from you. After wearing this watch daily for 40 years the stretch and wear was such that it could not be repaired. I had just had my watch serviced so between that and bracelet pieces it looks and performs like it did when new. Would have bought a Rolex replacement but there was a year wait. Thought yours would get me by. Now I see no reason to get one from them. Even the stamping on the end is correct. Needless to say i am very pleased.

Ordered a part that was defective. In my communications, they suggested some basic steps, which any person would have tried. In the long run, I returned the movement for a replacement, which they promptly sent. The replacement part was in fine shape.

Had their email correspondence been more appropriate, I would have rated them 5 stars.

I purchased a watch strap link, but it never came.

Also the website doesn't allow you to log in.

It's a scam. I regret that I should have done more research before I buy from the site.

Do not buy.

The owner of the website should go to jail as he/she is scaming so many people.

Update: The seller is dishonest; he claimed he never sent my item, leading me to initiate a PayPal dispute due to non-shipment. His explanation was that he refrained from shipping after I initiated the dispute. Here is his email

"Your order did not ship out since you paid the order and then opened up a case with PayPal about a refund. We refunded you on the order and cancelled the shipment since that is what you requested from PayPal."

Operates like a scam.
Order input details aren't in the cart.
Confirmation email showed incorrect info.
Email communications are short and rude.
In the end, wrong style and size sent and no offer to fix it.
Posting this as a warning to other customers. Bu from some other place.

Ho ordinato un cinturino per mio IWC Aquatimer. Il modello pubblicizzato nel loro sito era proprio il mio. Avevo già acquistato ad un prezzo molto inferiore lo stesso prodotto su Alibaba ma non era adatto. Pensando che arrivando dagli USA fosse diverso e rispondente a quanto pubblicizzato l ho acquistato. DELUSIONE Il prodotto era lo stesso di quello cinese. Poiché ho allegato alla mail di reclamo le fotografie dell originale e del loro cinturino da cui era evidente come la flangia di attacco fosse diversa rendendo inutilizzabile il pezzo ho chiesto il rimborso anche delle spese di spedizione pagate. Non le hanno rimborsate. 20 usd buttati via come tanto tempo per avere un prodotto apparentemente USA ma in realtà cinese. Solo che quello cinese costa molto meno.

Ordered two links for a neo-vintage Submariner 16610 watch band. Received them around 6 weeks later, and the links were exactly as described. Perfect & authentic presentation, at a fraction of the price of what second-hand Rolex 16610 links would've cost. Very happy with the end product supplied.

Ordered a bezel insert for a Rolex 16610. The insert does not fit at all. It was no problem removing and installing the original insert but somehow they claimed that it was «impossibel» that the the replacement didn’t fit. Zero refund. Recommend you stay clear

Very bad experience with them, avoid their store!
Although the tracking info says it was delivered I never received my shipment and the seller was totally unhelpful and couldn’t be bothered.
I lost my money there!

Scam shop. Didn't have the part I bought, so they just send me something else. Buyer beware.
