Excellent service, did exactly what they said they would do ‘remove the google effect’. People cannot move forward with their lives when ‘spent’ convictions are plastered over the internet. Fantastic service and a game changer.

Applying for jobs with a criminal record is hard, you need help. Ex-seed know exactly what they are doing, their advice is clear, relevant and extremely practical. Frankly, their onboarding process is pretty brutal, they expect complete honesty and they'll ask you some pretty tough questions about your background, offence and time in prison, which I didn't enjoy talking about but I can see why it is important.

However, once that is out the way, their advice is excellent, they will help you with your CV & disclosure statement, and they'll advise you on good places to apply, and the sorts of jobs that you might be able to do.

The most important thing they do is once you've identified a possible job, you give them the details and they will then ring up potential employers and talk to them as a third party about possibly employing you - this keeps your personal information safe, and ensures that you only apply to jobs where you actually stand a chance of getting it.

They are busy, and it can be a little frustrating that it takes a while to get a reply but you can trust them, they are worth it and they will help you.

Ex-seed helped my do my CV to high standards and I did not no how to do a disclosure letter and she helped me showed me how to it. At the moment still reciving help to find a job.
