I have not had any problems ordering but recently I am having difficulties due to your unable to use my visa card. I was advised to use MasterCard which I do not have. Please what is the alternative.

Used these guys for years. Always got my products albeit sometimes it's taken longer than others. And over the years they have had some issues with various card payments. But it's always been well communicated and I've always ended up with the products I wanted.

I rarely use the bank account that I order these tablets from but when I do my account is subject to fraudulent activity every time after the order.

This company just gets worse by the minute. You would be a fool if you use this company. They are full blown liars!!

1st order didn't arrive. I called and they said 'on this occasion, I'll send another'... that didn't arrive. As per their recommendations I contacted them again and was accused of 'trying it on'.. below 'John's' reply:

Lets get this straight

The goods were sent, you claim they have not been delivered, and now you want what more goods a refund ?
You are not the first person who has tried this nonsense with us, and I doubt you will be the last
We will refund the money for the so called 'missing order' and close your account

I had to threaten legal action and eventually after many emails, he refunded. NEVER use this company!

I placed an order (1123705)on the 19/1/18 for 40 tablets that on their website said was 'IN STOCK' (it still says the same), I received an order of totally different tablets, ones I've tried before and found to be totally ineffective, I've tried to e-mail this company but it doesn't work. I've used this company a number of times but it now appears they are just happy to take Your money and send You anything. One VERY dissatisfied customer.

Although my order was delivered my debit card was used to try and buy big priced items from hp.com, luckily my bank stopped these fraudulent transactions

Dont trust this company with your card details

Order payed 23/10/2017. Today...no product yet.
Very poor customer service, two times the same brief answer about the shipping. By the way, they don't offer refund or set another shipping.
Not recommended at all.

Second time of ordering and i'm impressed this time, order only took 4 days to arrive !

First order, taken payment, but no delivery of products. Email and telephone numbers not contactable.

Just returned from a 2 week holiday and the products have arrived. Not sure why they were unable to be contacted from the website but at least I have received the order now.
