Ever time I order from this place they…

Ever time I order from this place they always manage to be just a little worse than before. First orders from the DC store (the main branch) were a pain in the ass but mostly because of the travel. Then they relegated me the the RVA branch which had its own separate menu that was always less products at higher prices. Then came the next change which was the offshoot RVA/VB edition. This menu felt more like the dumping ground of the previous two branches for all the product that they couldn't move so they used it to start a 3rd, far inferior menu. It had no real "Weekend Deals", basically it was slap in the face for a long time customer like myself. After I politely complained about this, the only thing they managed to offer me was that I could travel to the DC or RVA branches territory to have my order filled...
