Express Vehicle Contracts Reviews

This is my fifth personal contract hire.
I thought that my previous four Contract Hire agreements direct with VW finance was OK
However the speed and simplicity i have experienced with Dan and the rest of the team at express Vehicle Contracts, far exceed my past experiences with my two local Skoda dealers and the parent VW financial services.
In fairness, I am right at the start of a new 24 month agreement, however if it all continues, I do think that I have found a new business that I can look forward to working with in the future.

Dan and Team at Express Vehicle Contracts have been absolutely brilliant for me!
I contacted them with regards to a car within a 4 week window and they tried their best and delivered on this too!
Car has been delivered today and I can’t fault anything whatsoever!
Well recommended!
Thanks again to you all for assisting me.

Great service

Would strongly recommend using Express for your next vehicle easy transaction and great service
Couldn’t find a better price
Thank you

Fantastic! Very helpful and informative through the whole process, especially for a first time van driver! Thank you!

Really efficient and straightforward process and responsive, friendly staff. Really pleased with my car - highly recommend!

Ordered my car from Express Vehicle. Brilliant service from them don’t normally do reviews.

From start to finish quick and easy! Great response times and updating me every step

Dan and Holly have great customer service

I found EVC through a lease comparison site and I had never leased other than directly through a dealer before. Express’s documentation was clear and thorough from the outset and Dan called me regularly to ensure my queries were answered. Holly looked after the whole process of finalising contracts and getting the car delivered - she managed expectations really well and the car arrived ahead of schedule allowing me to choose the best delivery time for me

I will definitely used Express the next time I need a vehicle lease

Many thanks to Joe, Holly and Ben at Express Vehicle Contracts. They helped to make our car leasing experience as smooth and trouble free as possible. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Many thanks,

Allyson & Paul

Great service, less than 24 hours from initial enquiry through third party website to ordering a vehicle.

Great communication, kept me informed at every stage right up to and after delivery.

Excellent company to deal with. Very helpful. Very efficient and always willing to go that extra mile. Kept me updated and informed at all times. Very high calibre staff. Special mention for J Round and Holly Green.

Carmel always gives a good personal service, even when the goalposts move regularly!

Just taken delivery of my new car and very happy with the experience : everything was straightforward with no delays. All staff I spoke to were very professional ,kind and friendly. Josh went out of his way to find the right car I was looking looking for and answers all my questions
Thankyou Josh and express vehicles

Absolutely amazing service by Express, have been kept well informed all the way through the process, always available to talk to.

Would 100% recommend to friends and family and will be shortly getting more vehicles on order.

Special shout out to, Joe, Dan, Ryan & especially Kayleigh!

Excellent service from Michelle and Carmel in dealing with my new vehicle. I would recommend Express Vehicle Contracts for their professional standards in dealing with all aspects of providing my new vehicle. Thank you.

Great end product, great service delivered along the way. Communication timely and clear.

Joe and colleagues were very supportive throughout the process providing regular helpful progress updates. The specification for vehicle I ordered initially was changed by the manufacturer making it a less attractive proposition. Joe helpfully sourced a suitable, m6ch better, alternative vehicle at no extra cost.

Dan and his team more than deserve my 5 star rating. They provided first class customer service and were super efficient as well as totally professional, welcoming and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this Company to anybody. I was kept fully informed at every stage and have received my new car today. I am one very happy customer

Excellent service from Joe and the rest of the team. All queries answered quickly and was kept up to date throughout.

Nothing but praise for this company especially Dionne & Michelle who helped and guided me through the whole leasing experience, which when you consider I had never leased a vehicle before - without their constant professional guidance, assistance and help by keeping me updated every step of the way - the process could of been very stressful but that never happened - completely stress free experience.

Everything happened on the day and time it was meant to and a follow up to ensure it did, from either Dionne or Michelle.

Delivery of car was on time and arrived in perfect condition with only 3 miles on the clock and fully charged - delivery agents driver Steve extremely helpful upon arrival and run through the dos and don'ts of an electric vehicle and had kept me updated on the time of delivery.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
