A breath of fresh air after dealing so heavily with eBay and Amazon. Did not debit my card before checking stock levels. Unfortunately in my case they didn't have stock but after explaining my current situation they offered me a different product which in my case worked out much better (and cheaper). A full refund was also an option, of course. The product arrived the next morning. Will try and deal with such companies from now on. Thanks!!

Initially did some research on the product we wanted but were still unsure, so called Extera Direct and found a very helpful lady on the line who not only checked that we had the correct product in mind but also made sure that the fittings complied with our telephone system. Then proceeded to arrange the purchase for us and the product arrived the next day. True to her assistance on the telephone, the product was correct and fitted our system perfectly.

I wanted to buy either the same or nearest equivelent headset compatible with the phone system we use. I couldn't find it so asked via webchat and was directed to the correct item. I ordered and received it the next day. Very good customer service, delivery and good quality items too.
