I purchased the Apex warrior kit after seeing EZ cc on Facebook. A little skeptical at first but after using the products, I won't be going any where else. All the products so far have been excellent. Prices are fantastic as well.

Been using EZ Car Care for many years now, just received my latest delivery last week, unfortunately couple parts were missing but phoned the office & sorted that day & sent out that day, great service & help from the customer care team.

Ordered several times from here and can say the product you get is good quality.

Last order was 3 x 5 litre bundle for under£50.

Delivery came within 3 days placing order.

All the products are great and great value ,but the ceramic wax is a waste of time its like putting grease on your car and near impossible to polish off without leaving greasy marks.

Being a professional valeter for 20yrs kept seeing ads on social media advertising various products this company offers was intrigued by the viper non acid wheel cleaner give it a go i thought now when a product doesn't clean properly especially on vehicles that get cleaned once every fortnight and do very little mileage inbetween its quite disappointing I made my job harder than usual so used it once thats it and if your looking give it miss

I ordered 29 March and am expecting delivery Tuesday, not so worried about the time it’s taken as it’s Easter time.
So I haven’t had time to review their products.

The reason I’m writing the review is since I ordered I have been spammed every day by emails trying to sell me their other products.
I do not recall giving any permission at all to receive them, I’ve tried unsubscribing but “that’s obviously taking its time to filter through”

I hope after this the product is worth it, I will duly update my post when I finally receive the product.

Quality products at reasonable prices. A proper company that looks after its customers. If you have pride in your car, stop what you’re doing and go get yourself some EZ products.

I placed an order Monday 30th March.

It clearly showed on the website that if you spent £50 you would receive a free £50 Mystery Box.

I therefore made sure I spent over £50 to get the promotion.

When I reviewed the order I could not see the Mystery Box in the basket (guessing it would be added on fulfilment of the order).

I decided to chase the company with an email using the email address on the website.

I received a reply on the 31st March that the offer was no longer valid.

I had attached a screenshot showing the advert was live when I placed the order, so I again disputed this. No reply.

So I rang this morning, spoke to the company who explained the order was not yet dispatched due to their spring promotions. I asked about the Mystery Box and was told that promotion had ended on 27th March.

I explained the advert was live on 30th March and thus false advertising of this was not going to be honoured.

Again I was told that they check the website daily and offer ended on 27th so disputing the screen shot I had taken on the 30th

I have therefore asked for my order to be cancelled and a full refund as the reason I placed the order was for the £50 free Mystery Box.

They put the phone down on me and I thought that was very poor customer service.

Will take my custom elsewhere (probably won't make much difference to them) but does to me.

Have previously bought from EZCarCare so find this very disappointing.

I have been using ez car care for just over 2 years now and can honestly say that I wouldn't go anywhere else for my car care products . You always can get great deals and the girls in the office are always happy to help with any queries . You can get everything you need to detail your car to the highest standards and the results are long lasting all from one company . If your wanting to look after your cars and be proud of the finish then you will get all your requirements with EZ Car Care products guys Happy detailing

After waiting nearly a month for my order to arrive, I find it’s been delivered 165 miles away, no response from customer service, fortunately PayPal gave me an instant refund. They can’t deliver, pricing all over the show, typical of these outfits spending a fortune on social media adds with little spend on processing orders and customer service.
Avoid the hassle and go elsewhere.

My order arrived and I’ve never been so diss appointed I’m use to using autobrite but thought I’d give this a go it’s the biggest waste of time the snow cleaner is like diluted milk I’ve used different makes this has got to be the worse I would advise you to stay clear of this product the videos they put online looks good but the proof of the pudding etc

Ordered the bucket set and the 3 x 5l deal. However, only the bucket set came! I emailed the company to say that it had not arrived and got an email back saying it is on the way back to them? Nothing since, no redelivery, no refund. A lot of money wasted! Such a shame as most of the products within the bucket set seem okay, just a few that don't work as they should.

Lots of negatives about delivery times on here however no issues with my order.
Ordered a number of products totalling £65 around 9pm on a Thursday and everything delivered on the following Wednesday.

All ordered products arrived and well packaged with no damage.

The £50 mystery box did provide products already ordered as others have said but just means I wont run out as quickly and was as added bonus since I was already happy with the price and products ordered so see it as a nice little extra.

Have now completed the first clean and can confirm the car has come out looking great. Viper sorted out my dirty wheels, along with pre wash, snow foam, shampoo along with drying towel having the car looking shiny

Recently placed order took over 10 days to be dispatched and only after numerous emails to enquire.
When order arrived it had been inadequately packaged resulting in Royal Mail refusing to deliver. I had to attend the sorting office to uplift. Sent email(s) with pictures to customer services 6 days ago and although the automated system says reply within 48 hours still nothing.

Don't fall for the £50 Mystery box - had my pants pulled down royally.4 extra items they are already selling for discounted on their website.
Had to chase down to be delivered.
You live and learn...

Ordered stuff over 3 days ago with no confirmation of order being sent says online next day delivery which you really shouldn't advertising if you can't keep up with the demand.
I've asked my bank to get cashback as I can go to Halfords and buy what I need quicker
