Great service
Have a lovely experience in the sandyford shop today.Mike was so helpful.He couldn't do enough for me spent time showing me the different mattresses and helping me pick my dinning table and chairs.My second time to deal with Mike in-store and always so friendly and helpful.Il will be back to purchase my new sofa soon.

First time visiting an EZ living stote…
First time visiting an EZ living store , initially browsing / looking for a couch. Eugene Hickey their senior sales advisor enquired did we need help with anything , we replied we were just looking .
He politely checked on our progress periodically, offered a coffee. We were not expecting to buy immediately but were going to visit other stores . However the quality and the prices were encouraging and the professionalism of Eugene was impressive. We purchased and delivery within 3/ 4 weeks .
I would recommend Ez living , especially Eugene in the Cork , Sourhside Estate Shop.

Adam and Val delivered our super king bed and mattress. They arrived when the office told us they would, phoned us 15 mins before to let us know they were on route. They navigated the tight stairway and landing turns with zero damage or scuffs (unlike previous installers).

Excellent customer service from Lisa. Had a great service in choosing a wardrobe and mattress. Delivery arranged, however, the wrong door was delivered (in wrong packaging from manufacturer). Lisa was fantastic in arranging the correct door be supplied and fitted. I have not come across such good customer service in a long time. Eir/Ryanair could learn a thing or two.
