Yesterday 19th july i deposited £200 played 50p a spin no bonus reels appeared even though fluffy favourites has 2 sets of bonus reals !!!
Today I deposited £150 again played 50p a spin and bonus reels appeared once paying £8.34 these bonus reels are 100% turned off its absolutely ridiculous then when 2 bonus reels appear the 5th reel drops when the 3rd bonus reel appears and I do intend contacting the gambling commission because there's no way out of over 500 spins a bonus should only appear once its a scam site and needs reporting

Stay well away...dont get invested. The bad reviews are spot on....very low payouts and costs a fortune to get a bonus. Spent £40 to get a bonus 80p a spin and won 60p. That's the norm on this site.

One of the worst sites I’ve ever played on. Deffo rigged. Never any bonus as only 2 symbols ever come up. I’ve played on a lot of sites and this one beats them all for constant dead spins on all of the games. Diabolical and zero fair play. Read the reviews and take note. Stay away and look for a more reputable site

Not a bad site but customer service awful.

Couldn't even tell me where I finished on a Pragmatic Play daily leaderboard after 4 weeks of complaining. All they need to do is ask the supplier. Do not have Pragmatic Play games on your site if you can't tell customers where they finished on their lesderboard.

Signed up sent of my documents to verify took them 5 days to just say that one of the documents was ok then I sent another document took 6 days and still not heard back from them no live chat they are an absolute joke

good website that is unfortunate being let down by a small hand full of bingo players in the chat rooms like luciousluba, jadoredior, ilove2play, huskyliz who are constantly complaining + trying to stir fights up among other player. the chat moderators try and smooth things over and change the chat topic and they do manage to but these toxic ladys or gents just get away with it and do it over again every day. would of given website the 5 stars if these people were removed from the chatting rooms because they ruin it for other people and put them off the website.

Games lagging and glitching rewards are not rewarded and if they are they are suddenly removed wagering requirements are not collecting properly and the issue with the promotions which asks for a deposit and play requirements upto £25 for a upto £5 slots bonus are given in £1 separate bonus with a £3 wagering requirements for each £1 bonus which is cancelled if the £3 wagering is not met . i received a £5slots bonus which was in coins with a £25 wagering requirements i received 100 bingo tickets for wagering requirements of up to £50 played 26 and then half dissappear told id played 36 after being told I have played 26 with no explanation for the missing tickets then told I had not received the tickets due to not wagering enough to receive them id wagered more than the requirements but I couldn't access the history i wagered £30 for a bingo promotion that again disappeared once the wagering requirements were completed told I was able to access the reward then told I was told the wrong information and the reward was on the Sunday then told they had no clue what promotion I was expecting to send screenshot of the promotion knowing it was removed and I am unable to access any history then told I might have wagered and if I had the promotion was available Sunday also the tickets for bingo are only available to use in 3s so pointless to be played as its a room with over 600 players I've had many issues and not one of them are resolved I have to contact them through chat and email which is over multiple times I have spoken to 7 different people in chat with the chat being ended and they are all different responses being told different things

Absolutely disgusting advertising welcome bonuses that do not exist I have screenshots of their website yet customer services doesn't know anything about it. Disgusting experience and not a single penny won on my first deposit which should have activated bonus but absolutely nothing. Terrible terrible site.
