Excellent Customer Service
Helpful staff, from the receptionist, salesman and delivery team, made the purchase of a new bed easy. Plenty of choice in the showroom.
Particularly impressed with being informed of progress after ordering until delivery. The text on the day of delivery, confirming the exact expected delivery time, was very helpful and appreciated.

You Won't Find Better
Having recently been a customer I am very impressed by this company. The Newton Abbot showroom has a superb range of furniture - you're unlikely not to find something you like. The showroom staff are excellent. They give customers useful information without being pushy or in your face - they know when to give prospective purchasers space to make up their minds. The products on offer are good quality, delivery dates are adhered to and deliveries are made by an experienced helpful team. We'll shop here again.

5-star in all aspects
We bought two beds for our boys for the new house. One was available straight away, so we arranged delivery for the day after completion. The other one was going to be ready in 3 weeks which made the younger son a bit disappointed. Then, a few days before the delivery date of the first bed, the gentleman dealing with the sale rang me and said the other one was coming sooner so he arranged them both to be delivered on the same day. Absolutely brilliant customer service, we are very grateful and blown away, thank you so much!
