Falcon2man is a scam. They are divan bed warehouse which if you read the reviews you will see they owe a lot of people money. I was promised a refund which I have not received. I have now lodged a complaint with my credit card company to see if they can get my money back.

Never arrived piece of shit orders on 15th December scammers

This Transport Company are linked to Divan Bed Warehouse (see Trust Pilot reviews) The company DBWhave ceased trading. From reviews they have done the exact to many Customers as they have to us - Taken our money and never delivered our bed and mattress. Falcon2Man made several excuses for not delivering on agreed dates.

I wish I could give less than one star.

They turned up so late, couldn't deliver bed to room as promised and didn't turn up at all to collect bed as promised.

The worst experience ever! - Don’t even bother with them.

I ordered like most of the other negative reviews on here over the Black Friday sale, awaited for a delivery date, it was given, the date changed once, which was fine, and the time changed the day before from a slot to all day, I stayed in the full day due to receive the bed.

Needless to say the bed never got delivered, i tried to call both the delivery company falcon2man and divanwarehouse was on hold on there telephone systems for over 1 hour on both, no answer. After emailing 3 times, on the 16 dec and no response, finally we got them to answer the phones, Apparently they tried to delivery, but we wasnt in, although we clearly was, the reply was simply we will try to redeliever and will be in contact.

Don’t ever expect them to contact you!

I emailed back today 6 jan to find out when the communication for the delivery was, and they just turn around to stated sorry we have cancelled the order!

So after 2 months of waiting, the order was just cancelled for no reason from me.

Then to top it off they said we will refund you, but it will take 30 days to refund.

DO NOT USE, DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY.

Awful company. They cancelled delivery on delivery day and have ignored all communication since. Over 2 weeks later there’s no new delivery date or communication. They are a scam company who take your money and disappear.

I'd give zero stars if I could. This outfit is partnered with Divan Bed Warehouse and was supposed to deliver me a bed on 15 Dec. Bed never turned up - i wasted a day waiting in. No communication from this company but DBW eventually told me the bed had not been loaded onto the van and have just informed me it cannot be delivered at all. I am disgusted with the incompetence and lack of communication. Do not use this firm.

These work for divan bed warehouse on the website it said my order had been fulfilled so tried to contact Falcon an no matter what option you choose the phone disconnects. Terrible experience and worst customer experience from Divan bed warehouse don’t buy online shop local

expected a delivery yesterday, didn't turn up. can't get hold of anyone , been on hold for hours, no response to emails either. anyone know how to resolve this?

AVOID!! I wish we had seen all the reviews before we purchased. Same as others promise delivery, never comes, pretending they are going to contact you that day for delivery. Appalling customer service. Will be reporting to trading standards

Failed to deliver my item twice no correspondence waiting on the phone an hour to be cut off each time without speaking to anyone. Absolutely awful service, no customer service at all. Do not buy from any company that use these to deliver as you will not receive your goods.

Customer service is a joke. I tried all three options ringing, emailing and tracking all left with no response. Been waiting for my order for nearly a month now. I highly recommend you dont use this service.

This is a scam business. They only work for a company called Divan Bed Warehouse. They will always tell you that their vehicle broke down. And they won't deliver your item.

Appalling.. after 3 promised delivery dates when they did not turn up, finally arrived with part delivery promising missing part next day. Two more delivery promised dates three weeks later and still nothing. I have now cancelled the order with Divan Bed Warehouse and await the bed parts to be collected! This process has taken 8 weeks since order date. Absolutely disgusting Company. Do not use them!

I would rate 0* if i could but 1* is the lowest.. Avoid using this delivery service. They never, never answer the phone no matter how long you stay on hold. If you try to contact them by email it is a fake email address and no email reaches them (undeliverable) cancelled my delivery with the same excuse they tell all their customers ‘Van breakdown’ i have had no update on a future delivery date, been waiting 3 weeks now with my daughter sleeping on the floor as i destroyed her old bed ready for the delivery of my new one which has not turned up. I believe they are a scam company along with Divan Bed Warehouse.

This company dosent even deserve a 1 star to be honest but you cant give zero.

I received delivery date and time slot and was excited for our new bed delivery, I took day off work, we cleared our bedroom to make space for it, old bed gone and no delivery happened.

The tracking updates dont exist and they dont respond to the phone or emails.

We've contacted Bed divan warehouse who keep saying it is being looked into.

They shouldn't be using an awful courier company and if this name ever appears for anything else we order I will be cancelling immediately as cant deal with the stress and worry of it all.

My new mattress was NOT delivered. It had been ordered, paid for & waited on for delivery date. As a pensioner, I didn’t want kerbside delivery so went for a two-man delivery to room of choice. This involved a 3 - 10 day wait, but was worth it to me for this type of delivery. (DON'T believe this !!! It's at LEAST A THREE WEEK wait. Then the much awaited Mattress was NOT delivered. No response from the seller, no phone call & impossible to get through to speak to a person no matter how long you hold on. Customer Service is non-existent & no amount of telephone calling will get even a response or reaction. Falcon2Man Delivery offered no explanation as to why they didn't deliver, they have offered NO re-delivery date and are also impossible to contact. Should have stuck with Amazon, they deliver next day...Divan beds are ONLY AS EFFICIENT AS THE DRIVERS THEY USE AND THEIR own CUSTOMER SERVICE. Abysmal on both counts.

Ordered bed through divan bed warehouse which was a great price for what looked like a great bed.
Had to use a days holiday for bed delivery, we got rid of our old bed, delivery time came and went no contact couldn’t get hold of them. Screws up your whole day as we’re waiting for delivery to bath kids have dinner etc. apologetic bed warehouse next day and new delivery booked luckily already day off but was working until 2am, had to get up at 7am and help my husband move our mattress to receive bed. Delivery time came and went, divan bed warehouse call to say it’s not coming. There working on a backlog, I cancelled my order. I ordered a new bed through happy beds that came in 2 days, the delivery company called me when they were an hour away and arrived within time slot,
