Top notch quality materials. Simply the best desk I have. Years later still holding up perfectly and the large size makes it very practical.

We needed a new Highbed for our daughter with a Futon, the service provided was exceptional and the bed is superb quality, since we also took the assembly service, the team arrived and assembled the bed in good time, even taking away the boxes etc, we could not be happier.

My Noah C - High Sleeper Bed with Sofa Bed, Desk & Shelf was delivered and built yesterday and I am delighted with the look and quality of the bed itself and the skill, efficiency and friendliness of the fitter.

This is not a cheap product, but for the superb quality and the great customer service, it is money well spent.

Great customer support. Item arrived before date and the delivery team super professional, arrived 10m before scheduled time... and finally the bunk bed was assembled and was the really pleasant with the quality. Highly recommend it

Easy to order, excellent communication on day of delivery. Excellent communication with seller when we thought we had some bits missing (we didn't everything was there). Building was straightforward and the quality of the finished bed was excellent very sturdy. Would highly recommend

We ordered a midsleeper cabin bunk bed for our granddaughter. I was hesitant at first to order from an unknown company, but took a risk and am so pleased I did. The communication from the company was perfect and the delivery was very quick. We paid for the company to assemble the bed (well worth the extra cost) and the men that came were super fast, extremely friendly and professional. More importantly the bed is amazing and very sturdy, such good quality. My granddaughter loves it.

The first time I wasn't sure about this company, I ordered the Trasman bed with wardrobe and storage. The delivery and the assembly was perfect, done by honest people. Since, the bed still perfect, no issues. Kids love it.
Today I just place another order, and all was great , I made a mistake, I wasn't sure, I send an email and I received a quick and clear response from Jason. He resolved my pbs.
He was really helpful and I bought another bed.

Great advice before and after purchase and they certainly know their stuff. Delivered well within the timeframe quoted and excellent communication. Long overdue giving a review so sorry about that! I ordered a bed & mattress over six weeks ago and there is still no sign of it arriving, despite the delivery time stated on the website as three weeks. I contacted the company to enquire where my order was after four weeks of waiting; I was told the 'delivery teams are operating as normal' and they will contact me a few days prior to delivery. Two weeks on, I have had no contact from the delivery team or family window to update me, and obviously still have no bed. Very infuriating as the purchase is for my son's birthday, and his new bed won't be here in time regardless of my forethought and planning. I am currently awaiting a response from Family Window to a further email to try and expedite the delivery, if this isn't possible I may cancel the order completely and buy from elsewhere.

Ordered a gaming bed for my teenage son which came quite quickly (in about 2 weeks) What can i say - this is the worst instructions ever to assemble a bed!! nothing was labelled or numbered. We had to guess what was what and what that connected to. Took us 2 evenings to put it together. Once finally assembled it doesn't look bad however it's soft wood and it's a bit wobbly when you are on the top so I wouldnt say bed is super sturdy. Little cover buttons which suppose to cover screws dont stick. And LED lights strip is missing (it's apparently is being sent to us separately after I complained)

A bit longer then expected to be delivered and erected, but a lovely bed and made quickly with good precision. Many thanks
