Used farnworth for a divorce. From the very start I was told everything was agreed for all that to change when my solicitor left. I got a new solicitor named Curtis. Now I suggest you stay well away from this solicitor. I have sent him and he's secretary over 4 emails in the past 2 weeks and cant even get a reply. I have rang no reply. So I currently have paid them upfront and don't have a clue what is happening. Nothing short of poor.

Selling a house is never an easy process and navigating all the steps can be stressful. We however had Bev and her team helping us through the legal process and they made life much, much easier. The major factor for us was that the level of communication was excellent, even when there was no progress as we waited for others in the chain to do what they needed to Bev kept us up to date. Professional, friendly and helpful we were guided through the entire journey smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble and the team explained the actual process rather than expecting us to somehow know what was needed to sell a house. Finally I have to say really good value for money. Knowing our future was in safe hands and knowing what was going on all the way through made the whole experience much easier. I will be back to Farnworth Rose next time I need to buy or sell a house and cannot recommend them enough if you are on that same journey.

It's a great firm for your legal matters i.e. employment, property or will related. Their legal fees are reasonable but most important they put client privacy at first.
