False advertising
This company sells a variety of projects. I bought a bird shaped wind chime as a gift. Turns out it’s way cheaper on many other websites. The website is set up to make you think you’re ordering from a company in the US. Says it ships in a few days, but it actually comes from China and takes a couple of weeks. The company that charges you is Qvxctgil technologies and that’s who I had to deal with trying to get a refund. The product required assembly. They charged me $9 extra which they said was a technical mistake. Quality of the product was not good. I tried to get a refund through PayPal, but it didn’t work out despite my efforts. Qvxctgil told me I had to ship the item back to China to get my refund which would’ve cost more than the item itself.
