Ordered a polo shirt on 9th Aug marketed as 'Hugo' brand for £42.
Waited until 26th Aug until delivery. What turned up was a cheap and nasty garment nothing like the description. There is no return address details available on the website so a reply to my email said I've got to send it back to China! Nothing in their returns policy statement to that effect.
Do not use this company, I think its a scam.

Tracking NOT updated since Aug 19th...
Item still NOT arrived today is 28th Aug ..
2 emails sent but normal " cow poo " reply ...
They refuse to cancel order probably because they dont know where it is ... In these times this is VERY poor service ,,,

No stars at all the Hugo T-shirts well that’s what they call them £39 well I would be ashamed to send them back as they probably send them to someone else I couldn’t live with my self knowing this and the bins to good to put this rubbish in so I will burn them offered me 70% off next order I wouldn’t have them if they give me 10 for nothing please people don’t shop with fashion street cockroach

The items I ordered took over 3 weeks to arrive and when they did the quality was awful, nothing like the pictures - I threw them straight in the bin after reading some peoples experience on returning goods. Avoid this site at all costs.

Ordered a pair of baggy cuffed trousers. They took 3 weeks to arrive and when they arrived they looked like a pair of children’s trousers in length and width. The material was horrendously cheap looking also. The items look absolutely nothing like the pictures they purport to be. There also seems to be zero returns policy, so you are essentially throwing your money away ordering from here. Do not order from this site!

Complete Rip off. Products bear no resemblance to product ordered. Delivered from overseas weeks later.
I bought a polo shirt. Unlike the photo and description the shirt is polyester wrong colour wrong size badly made worthless and has been binned. SCAM Site.

I ordered an item from these crooks a month ago. I received an item 3 weeks after my order date and for the past week I’ve been going back and forth with their robot customer services team (which is an automated service). Essentially they sent me the wrong item and are refusing o send me the correct one and will not
Provide a refund. Basically “make do” with what you did receive or spend £50 to return it to us. Not only was the wrong item sent to me, the quality of the item is a disgrace. This is not a clothing brand that are interested in quality of service or quality of brand. They are sending stuff from china which is why the delay in receiving your order is so delayed. I ordered 3 tops, non of which were anything like the picture, to be honest, I should have realised they were AI! One of the tops wasn't even finished! They were basically rags.
I tried to cancel the day after when I saw reviews, I was told no. Very generic responses, all very polite, told I could recieve a refund.
When I tried to raise refund, exactly the same as other posters.. I could have 20% off the next order or send back for £50 as they dont have a shop in Manchester, they are from China.
YOU CAN GET A FULL REFUND IF YOU RAISE A DISPUTE WITH YOUR BANK

1. Call your bank with the details of order dates, order number, the descriptions of the items on the website. Take pictures should you need them for future reference.

2. Described exactly what you have received, such as no labels in the clothes, not made from the material described, garment not finished..

3. Take pictures and screenshots of emails should you need to.

I received a refund immediately. You are protected as a consumer if you buy items that are not as described.
This company is.trading as in Manchester, which does not help their case.
The company has 45 days to respond, bank said they may ask for items back, which is absolutely not going to happen as the cost is £50!

However they are still trading is beyond me. I do feel for the people who must be working in the factories :(

Please take the time to contact your bank, you will get your refund!

I ordered clothes from this company and, over a week later, I still haven’t received my order. In today’s market, this level of service is unacceptable, especially when most retailers deliver within just a few days. What makes it worse is that it wasn’t made clear at checkout that delivery would take this long — had I known, I likely wouldn’t have placed the order.

Customers deserve transparency and reliable service, and unfortunately this company has fallen short on both. I would strongly recommend not using this company.

Ordered a jacket at £59.99 never got it or a refund of money , starting ignoring my emails . This is a really scam company . They make you think they are from the UK , they definitely are not . They are from China . Anybody that has any sense stay away rip off merchants ,stealing peoples money

I have no words for this company, abysmal, disgusting, rip off, to mention a few, ordered a Hugo Boss Polo for £50.00, what I received I wouldn't clean my floor with, they will not let you return items, but offer you 20% off your next order, as a good will gesture, they should be closed down by Trading Standards, I wish I could upload photos of the item I ordered and what I received.

They sold me a Hugo boss top for £39.99 I received a highly inflamable £2.99 cheap top not a Hugo boss top its cheap and disgusting they make you jump through hoops to try and return it they you have to pay them 30 odd pound to return it but the post office can send it back for a fraction of the price but they won't except the return goods if you do it that way they have stolen my money they say they are a family owed company but it a factory in China which they hide on their site total scammers please don't buy from them don't be fooled by their high prices as that's how they con you .

ILLEGAL ITEMS and investigation is on the way as I reported it this company.
The item I bought has no labels, no care instructions and no country origins. Not to mention it's a cheap material that stinks.
The company's registration is in the Netherlands and only targeting UK customers (which is shady).
The more reports, the better.
It's unnerving but lesson learnt, before buying check every bits from the website.
There are ways to find out the legitimacy of websites.

DO NOT use this website! Fashion Street UK leads you to believe you’re ordering from a UK retailer. What turns up is the worst quality clothes from China, nothing like they look in the imaging online! You then contact to arrange a return and they say oh you can return for refund but you have to send it back to China yourself and it costs around £50! They know no one will do this! Biggest scam ever!

I really do wish that you could give zero stars. It’s incredibly frustrating to have to nominate one star when they should not even be in business. Buyers beware – complete scam! I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. This company takes your money, sends incorrect or substandard goods, and then gives you nothing but the runaround when you try to resolve it. They avoid accepting American Express, probably so customers can’t easily get their money back. Absolutely disgraceful.
