Kudos to you for choosing people of such a good caliber....with Wesley I felt as though I had gone back in time.....he was so polite and evidenced a patient and humorous personality without wasting time or being 'too personal'. My computer had got very slow and I was plagued with constant "pop-up" ads. After my first call to Fast Fix 123, the situation was improved but not solved. Coolest Technicians Ever!
Everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful and friendly from the very first phone call I made to initiate the fix. I am clueless when it comes to adware/malware/anything having to do with technology in general, but they explained everything so that I could understand what was wrong with my laptop and how to take care of it from now on. The last technician (I believe his name was Brian) was the most helpful and he triple-checked to make sure everything was running smoothly before ending our session. I highly recommend this company and will refer my friends and family in the future. Thank you again!
