Generally the process has been seamless (albeit lengthy) to repair my vehicle until it comes to collecting the vehicle. The company asks for payment prior to being able to inspect the vehicle, which... Toon meer
DO NOT USE. Car was taken on 9th May for a repair at Fastlane Heathrow. On its return 3 weeks later there were 3 chips on the car that were not there when my car went in for repair. Car was taken back... Toon meer

I am in utter shock
I am in utter shock, My car was initially booked with them to get for repairs, the understanding would be that i could cancel anytime. No documents was signed nor was there any mention of anything about should i not wish to proceed with the repair via them that i or my insurance would be penalised, no contract or agreement signed. I was initially advised through Anil that the appointment had been cancelled due to AA offering my Cash in Lieu. I called AA and they cash in lieu settlement to which i agreed, they previously advised they were looking at the possibility. Unfortunately now, they are trying to charge my insurance for parts stating they cannot be returned, although, they are Mercedes bodyshop within there own shop, they state the parts are non returnable, which is complete shock to me, as any other bodyshop or garage are able to return the parts. AA offered me cash in lieu and i accepted, they proceeded, for me to find out a day later that they cannot offer this as Anil from Fastlane sneakily emailed AA they had to pay for the parts. I am disgusted that they have tried to charge AA for parts although no agreement was signed, nor was i ever informed that if i cancel the appointment i would penalised. No money was given in advance either. They are just trying to penalise me for cancelling the job as they are unhappy i did not use them through my insurance. UTTERLY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR FROM ANIL AT MERCEDES BENZ COLLINDALE.

Great follow up & perfect work!
It’s been quite awhile for having this company service for my bumper after our car got scratched by the other.
I thought I wrote a review but not sure where did that gone.
Many thanks to Jose for his prompt follow up. Super great communications without any complain. And the work, I was amazed when I got my car back! Flawless and clean like new!

Just great company, with great communications.
Following a really bad insurance body work job, I insisted on getting my MB B class to be fixed by Fastlane, closely associated with MB.
What a joy was this. Personal communications, didn't even need to enquire about status - they always kept me in the loop, and if any delay - they informed me promptly. Mainly - great work, and attention to the details. Utterly happy, and thanks Chris for all your help.
