Hi it's Mr Carpenter of 42 Abernant Rd Markham Blackwood two of your employees delivered some bedroom furniture to my property this morning I have to say they were very polite and I have 15 steps at the front of my house although the boxes were very heavy the didn't complain at all,they are a credit to you company

Massive thank you to Dai B and Josh top customer service, we had a failed delivery a few days ago by different drivers that I did not understand why the couldn't get to the property.

Dai and Josh had no issues delivering today, will say very prompt, polite and friendly, well done both on your amazing service.

Really happy with my delivery. I had a delivery slot, so i had to change my appointmemt time, to be here to accept my delivery, but the time changed again, at the time of delivery to earlier.I tracked them all morning, worried I wouldnt be here, they phoned to say rhey would be here in 20-30 minutes, i explained I had to leave for an appointment, bit they said they would come strsight to my house, Fair play they did a change of their rout, very polite, smiling and very helpful. CANT fault these boys in the way they delt with my situation . They do deserve this review, ive looked for the email of these boys names but cant find them, im sure 1 name was lee.
